Two different paint samples made a Lowe's with a chip of the actual paint and neither matched. The guys at Sherwin Williams are the experts--they made up a great sample that was all but indistinguishable from the original chip. Great service, done quickly, extremely friendly.

This paint store is the best I've ever shopped in. Robert was very helpful teaching me things I didn't know that are very important when selecting the right paint color. His help alone justifies my 5-star review.
