Extremely disappointed with this store. Always an excuse to get your paint ready. Not enough employees trained to make the samples. Rude and disrespectful. They need adults working here not children that don’t know what they are doing. Wish I call speak with the CEO Heidi Petz to help this store get better. They sure need a training on customer service. My project is behind over 3 weeks due to not enough employees trained to help the main guy. Making a decision on paint is not easy but if you paint won’t be ready same day as it tells you when you call in than stop advertising that information. Go to a different store don't go here you will be waiting forever. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Efficient, friendly, reasonably priced. Drive 3 hours from Arizona to do busy here. Work the trip.

2 paints, 2 different sheen, and they flip flop what sheen on what paint, because the project had already been started and they only for touch ups. It fooked my job completely up. Very disappointed.

Really appreciated the young lady who waited on us and sold us some things we needed for our home. She knew more than any of the men it seemed (for instance never come in between two women with saved up money in their pocketbooks and stains, paints and wallpapers they need for their house remodeling projects) and she treated us with respect as customers. The men stood around as if we weren't there for anything serious. I found this amusing since we are remodeling our entire downstairs of our home. That measures out to be a little more than 1000 square feet. We are remodeling the upstairs too but not this year as fall is fast approaching and we are running out of time. Anyway, the young lady signed us up so we have an account number for discounts and sent us to another Sherwin Williams that has wallpaper but first she mixed up some custom stain for us and helped me pick out the correct brushes and everything. So shout out to the young lady at the counter here, because of you we will be repeat customers.

My husband took in a wood floor plank and asked if they could match a stain to go with some pine wood that he was using to cover stairs. NOT ONLY did they match it to the exact color, but everyone thinks the stairs were a "set" from the flooring! Thank you for matching the stain. It's perfect!
