The management is heavily involved in their team and families. Each day we are welcomed with a smile.

“My baby has gone here since she was 6 months old and I am so happy that I have sent her here. This is one of the few daycare facilities in ABQ Metro that provides daycare services for babies starting at 6 weeks old. As a new mom, I understand how hard it is to trust someone else with your baby. It is such a relief to be able to drop off my baby and know that she will be taken care of. The staff is great, they are kind, compassionate, and understanding. They also communicate with the parents/caregivers to make sure a child's needs are met. My baby has thrived and flourished here and loves going to daycare!

“I have a my daughter in the early Pre-K program and it is one of her favorite places to be and one of my favorite places to take her. Miss Nora and Miss Missy are fantastic and they there is literally no other place I would rather take my kid for preschool because of them.”

They made me feel comfortable leaving my first child in their care. They are very friendly and listen to your requests and give daily feedback on how he did that day! “My grandsons are very happy here. The staff is knowledgeable and they are great with communication. They do fun learning and crafts with the kids and genuinely care about their kids. I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone. I personally have experienced terrible daycare centers with my own children and I was very nervous about looking for a place for my grandsons as prior experiences left a bad taste in my mouth. But the girls here, from the directors, teachers, kitchen are ALL wonderful and take their time in getting to know the children and their families. Keep up the great work!!”

You can tell they genuinely care about each child, creating a warm, clean, and comfortable environment where the kids can learn, play, and grow. Both of my boys have been going her for almost two years now, starting in the infant room. The communication has always been incredible, they’ve comforted me when I needed reassurance and kept me in the loop every step of the way. “We absolutely love Southwest Childcare! We have had 2 of our 3 boys there, both for Pre-k and actual daycare. They do an amazing job with the kids. Our kids LOVE their teachers! Even our 6-year old who is going into 1st grade talks about how he misses the teachers and misses it there. He is currently doing a summer program there and loves it. Are they perfect? No, but no daycare will ever be perfect for every single family. However, we love them and won’t go anywhere else until the kids are in grade school. I will always highly recommend them.”

Kindercare is like night and day compared to my sons previous daycare.
Here, they take full care of my son while also creating a positive impact on his little life. Taking care of a large group of young children is tough. (I could barely manage my two kids) so i always praise those who make it their life to spend/work with children and actual love what they do. Not going to mention the ladies names for confidentality reasons, but know that these ladies are wonderful! From day one it has been a great change for my son and i trust this place fully. Additionally, breakfast, lunch, and snack is prepared for them there, which its food my sons eats and enjoys! I am so happy that we have moved my son here. small additional edit, my son has been here for several months as we moved him here earlier in the year.”
“My daughter attended WHLC from prek-5th grade. The student to teacher ratio is amazing! This gives the students more one one with the teachers. The kids test at higher levels. My daughter tested in 7th grade levels in 5th grade! Entering middle she was placed in advanced classes! I love the values the school stands for. To add extra stars the kids learn about Christianity! Glad I found Western Heights for my daughters elementary school, would have loved if they had middle school!”
