Always have great stuff for reasonable price, expesially now since it's spring cleaning season. Recommend to come in the mornings before crowds comes. Their policy is they only let you exchange clothes and shoes. RoseAnn was very sweet to let me exchange a purse. Great customer service!

Two stars for the nice employees on the floor. I usually shop here allot. I had not been to Savers in a while but today I stopped by and WOW the prices are ridiculous! They have the same prices as Ross, Walmart and Target. People shop thrift because 1 it's usually cheaper 2 people hand me downs are great! I will not be back to Savers because if I am going to pay full price id rather get it brand new not used.

Real irritated with Savers the Pandemic is over and they still don't have dressing rooms to try the clothes on. Asked an employee and she had someone open the bathroom and said you can't take the items in advised was not asking for a bathroom need a dressing room. Was advised that because of the Pandemic they don't have dressing rooms. Not like gas is cheap to run back and forth.

I’ve loved Savers for years but they have gone completely deranged. No more fitting rooms, no returns for clothes that don’t fit, and the prices are baffling. The FashionNova and Shein and Forever21 crowding the clothing racks are not worth that much. I asked about the jewelry pricing and was told there is a jeweler in the back that prices items?? I really hope that was a joke. Anyway the good thing is, I usually get so angry at the absurd prices that I just leave without buying anything.

As an avid thrift shopper, I can safely say this is my favorite place to buy used clothes in town. It has a solid selection for kids (especially shirts) which is amazing because new clothing is EXPENSIVE for a child who will only fit in it for 6 months, tops. I've also found amazing slacks, leggings, dresses and shirts in my size, which is amazing. Some Thrift stores are rather lean when it comes to women's plus size--this one is not. As other have noted, you need to have a good sense of what will fit you and what won't because there aren't changing rooms, so it's good to be prepared with that. The amazing selection is worth it though! I was also able to find a massive queen size mattress bag full of assorted duplo's which saved Christmas (for large sets of assorted blocks check at the jewelry counter, just a heads up).

No dressing rooms is a complete waste. I’m not spending money on something I haven’t tried on, and then be told I can only exchange if it doesn’t work. You’re losing money! Please provide fitting rooms.

Savers is one of my favorite places to donate to. They are always very nice and kind when receiving donations and they take care with things they receive.Tina, the donations rep has been outstanding the few times she's helped us. All the way around, this Savers has been a huge help to us!

This is a great place to donate your old items and receive a coupon to go in and shop for something new!! This place is pretty organized and carries more quality items than other thrift stores I've been to. Customer service is regular.

The clothes are too expensive for a thrift store, but worse than that, I bought a $6.99 lamp that I didn't notice takes a non-standard size lightbulb. I tried to exchange it in both stores and they refused me. That's dumb because I had full intention to shop in all areas of the stores so they turned their back on a sale, but it's also a crappy thing to do to a customer so I'll be shopping in one of the many many other thrift stores from here on. Adding insult to injury, the manager of West side store kept saying she was sorry when I know she could've made an exception. I guess they don't need customers...
