The main complaint about this location is their cafe. The pizza was undercooked and somewhat tasteless. I ordered a salted pretzel, but it arrived cold and unsalted. I'm not sure if the app doesn't translate orders to their system correctly or what.

I made an appointment, and I still had to wait due to the fact that the employees didn't show up. Poor management of employees.

Sam’s club is great for food but if you need an eye exam don’t go here the fake eye doctor only takes cash for the appointment just to tell you something you already know then gives a solution that doesn’t help and charges $200+ for said solution. In short the eye “doctor” is a scam along with the workers there.

Really needed to buy pillows here
..but as usual the cart had no juice. The Eubank store is the only Sam's Club in Albuquerque whose door attendant refuses to plug in their electric carts. It is so frustrating. Don't shop here unless you have too. The other Sam's clubs are much nicer and cleaner.

Every experience here sucks. Someone on a forklift almost ran into me and I tried to call and got yelled at by a woman manager and then today it’s like the cashier in the bright pink Nirvana shirt is angry as hell and rude as hell too. I do not recommend this store. Just go to Ellison instead.

The staffs are HORRIBLE!! The treatment they give the customers is so bad. When they are needed for help, they give attitude instead of giving clear instructions. It happened multiple times, we've also encountered some racist staffs. One staff even put the blame on us if she gets fired (has blue-ish hair that wears a green vest on March 16, 2024) just because my father doesn't know how to pay and I have to help him. Make it make and do better.

Normally we enjoy our visits to this sams but I have tried going to the Cafe about two times and they either don't have what you want or have a bad attitude.
