I am so upset with Sam's club on Coors. not only did they forget half of my items for curbside pickup but when I called back to see if they can help retrieve my items, I was given the run around. I spent a lot of money on my items for my kids and now I'm out money and items. when I called i got hung up on and now the manager will not call me back.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey at Cottonwood Sam's Club Auto department. I was looking for a specific set of tires that were difficult to find due to their vehicle-specific nature. Jeffrey went above and beyond to contact the buyer for the tires that showed as being out of stock and called me back to let me know they would arrive in 5-7 days. He was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service.I also appreciate that Sam's Club Membership includes road hazard warranty & waste disposal, which are extra at other local tire resellers, saving close to $100/tire. That's a great value proposition for Sam's Club members.Overall, I had a great experience with Cottonwood Sam's Club Auto department and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and products.

Sunday, August 14 we went to Cottonwood Corner's Sam's Club, we parked on the far north east side. There was a man on the sidewalk when we got out. He said Hi, I said hi. He proceeded to tell us (11 year old, 28 year old and 60 year old) the most sexually foul things. I told him no thanks, we will pass and we kept walking. He told us he would be waiting for us. When we got in the building I told the woman checking cards. She called the manager, he told us he would go out there and check it out. He found us later and told us the man was not out there, he may be in the store. When we were done shopping if we wanted him to walk us to our vehicle he would. We got to the exit door I asked the woman to call the Mgr. to he walk us out. She called, he was busy and the Asst. Mgr. came. I told her what was going on, told her she may want to get a male to walk with her, she did. As we were going out, the Mgr. came running, he walked us to our car. He has restored my faith in the younger generation. I called the store today, his name is Josh, he is a team lead and Mgr. of produce. Thank you Josh for going above and beyond. This review is focused solely on the gas station at Sam's Club and not the wholesale store. We have memberships at both Sam's and CostCo only because each store offers products we like and are loyal to. No problem there. However, when it comes to buying gas, Sam's Club falls woefully short compared to CostCo. The entrance design to the gas station at Sam's Club is horrible! They designed to where one car can block the entire entrance to all four rows of gas pumps. I've witnessed multiple fights, profanity laced tirades, all due to the poor entrance design. Traffic gets so bad that they block entrance to the store going back at least 20+ cars. The gas station attendant tries to get people to pick a single lane, but they refuse as they prefer to wait and see which lane of gas pumps opens up first. It's so selfish! This causes lines to back-up burning gallons of gas needlessly. Bad for the environment. Bad for the pocketbook. Unless Sam's Club shuts down their gas station and redesigns the traffic flow to be more efficient, add more gas pump lanes, this will remain a problem. Go to CostCo instead. You can thank me later. I'll borrow a Yogism. "No one goes to the Sam's Club gas station anymore. There's too many people."

I'm a business owner and they made me move all of my items for my business from the cart to a new cart to leave the store. This defies logic and I will never use self checkout again, they will just have to increase labor. I'm talking giant boxes of copy paper and sodas all as a security thing apparently? If I wasn't going to scan an item I could still just as easily not scan it and transfer it from one cart to the other. And what if I just do the skip the line app method where you scan and go while shopping? There would be no basket transfer. Again, little things like this making a business customer feel like a criminal without any logic in their clearly flawed ideas is why I'll be canceling both my 2 restaurant accounts and my personal top tier account and will be giving all that business to Costco.

Horrible customer service and they treat you like a criminal after you paid and pretend as if it's a secret club mandating you to show membership to even enter.. I bought $120 worth of stuff where the employee scanned it at the self check out. Then I wondered if he had scanned one item and realized they didn't. Being the honest person I am I went to membership / customer service! And said I'd pay for it. They refused to do their simple job and cash me out. Then I had to go back all the way over and only speak to a supervisor to pay. I asked for a discount for my honesty and the inconvenience to supervisor Kyle. He didn't bother with any discount and sent me on my merry little way. So much for doing the right thing. Their attitude on the exit person would have caught it is rude and ignorant.

Sams club is my go to store. When I need big or small they always have what I need. I used to do the concession stand at my kids school for all sports and I would go to Sams to get all my products. Sometimes I would get it myself and most times I would order it and pick it up. The people there are very nice, accommodating and efficient. The curbside pickup is so nice. If you haven't tried Sams or order online it's time.

Totally unsatisfactory shopping experience today. Waited nearly 30 minutes just to get out of the checkout line. Of course, then had to wait in another long line just to get out of the store with the items I've paid for. Just like our country right now, this NW Albuquerque Sam's Club suffers from poor leadership and management. Let's go Brandon.

great place to shop .....
