Did not complete my shirts as directed .I rejected the proof and they still completed the wrong design . All they had to say was sorry .very disappointing will not be returning nor will I recommend

My husband works here. He is the screen printer and he absolutely just. ❤️ 's his job. He is always positive & has nothing but great things to say about his job.and everyone there. He literally NEVER EVER complaints about having to go to work because he ❤️ 's it!Everyone there is family that he feels a part of.

Not helpful at all... don't return phone calls or emails.Update: Still no contact, as their response is a lie. Their emails never went to junk before, still hasn't, and why all of a sudden would it... even more sad for this company, is they'll take the time to respond to this; but, not for a customer, that they have my email, cell, and another coworkers info. Took my bulk order business elsewhere already. Sad, pathetic business.

Derek provides us with tip top, timely and friendly customer service every time.In addition, Rowan Apparel works directly with Embroidery Plus, and can accomplish any logo/design needs you have. We have a complex, colorful, and detailed logo. I took in a few shirts to have screen printed and embroidered. They were able to get them done quickly and were extremely nice. One of the embroideries needed to be done differently than what I explained, and they were able to correct the two shirts within a two day period with no trouble. They were very professional, kind, and they were able to answer every question I had. Thank you, and I will bring all my embroidery needs here!!

Rowan Apparel went above and beyond to work with our organization! They provided a virtual platform for our families to order from, they dealt with payments and shipping and made it so easy for us to offer our unique design on shirts, hoodies and masks. The staff was professional and incredibly helpful. We received our order in full, on time and we've all been impressed with the quality of materials and screen printing we received.
