Make an informed decision. Azleah will change your prescription for DME because she says, "she knows what the insurance will pay for". She lied that the order was submitted twice, she even offered a reference number. The order was never submitted. They never made a single call to me. I had to call every time. I finally called back and spoke to the manager, Eric. Laid out the entire scenario and requested a call back with resolution or update if not resolved within 24 hours. He stated, "I can't, I have PTO. Let's forward you on to a different provider." Find yourself a company with integrity. You can see the Better Business Bureau rating and reviews. This is not a one time event or isolated experience. Update: I reached out as requested and have had no response in 2 weeks. They add this to make people think they are a legitimate business.

Josh S. is well informed young man who kept us informed and helped us out very much with our oxygen needs. I think he is an asset to anybody’s firm.

Edgar is super helpful, parks close to where the oxygen tanks are located so we don't need to carry them far , very considerate young gentlemen , a pleasure to work with

Drivers are terrible on the roads almost hit multiple people then when you call in the supervisor does nothing and tells you well did he almost hit you personally what does that matter it should just be about looking out for other people I wouldn’t recommend this company!

Rotech hasn't been kind to me. My Dr ordered monthly c-pap supplies but I haven't received any since I got my c-pap 3 months ago! I called Rotech and was told I'm supposed to get supplies every three months because my insurance didn't cover monthly supplies. I'm able to see the claims on my insurance portal and there weren't any from Rotech in regard to monthly supplies. Not even for every three months! I spoke with my insurance company and they confirmed no supply claims were submitted, and they also stated that monthly supplies would be approved. My c-pap leaks now, so I'm not getting what I need as far as my machine goes. I'll never recommend rotech to anyone!

Worst durable medical equipment company on Earth? Maybe! If you enjoy wasting hours of your life getting so frustrated you could scream, only to be no closer to having your goal of a new CPAP, then this is the place for you! It's almost as if this company is actively trying to avoid having to have the misfortune of selling you anything. How this place is still open is beyond me, but I will never waste another moment on them, after this warning to others. Just skip them and go with an online vendor. If Rotech is your only option, take your chances with apnea, cause you'll end up having to do so anyway.

After waiting 3 months for a Cpap machine I went with another company and my Cpap was delivered in 2 days. Then 2 days later a Cpap was delivered from Rotech. I returned the Cpap to Rotech with supplies and given a number to customer service to call for refund. I called and was sent to a number in a foreign land and the lady said I would receive and refund in 5-7 days. 3 weeks later I called and was transferred to a foreign land again and was told that my money was not refundable even though Ireturned the machine and supplies. This is a rip off and has been reported to the BBB. Do not use Rotech.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Rotech. The customer service folks have been great in answering my questions. The delivery staff have also been very accommodating and professional.

Honestly we were concerned about this company when we read all the bad reviews. Looking at other companies ratings it seemed as if no one was good. We decided to try them anyway and we've been glad ever since. The office staff was friendly and professional. They answered all our questions. Then we met Hector. This young man was just wonderful. He was so polite and so friendly. He took the time to explain everything. He made sure we both understood all of the oxygen equipment. Hopefully Hector stays there because he is an asset to this company. Again, we would recommend them as a good company.

Do your homework!!! This company is a complete "clown show"!!! Customer service and the sleep center call center is located in a 3 world country. I have never had such terrible service!!! The head clown Eric is rude, nasty and very unprofessional. Read their reviews. They had a "D" with the BBB. Now they're not accredited at all. You will regret every day if you choose to use this company for your CPAP needs!!!

Note to person answering the phone: If you are this rude with a new customer, then why in the hell would I give you my business? After I hung up with you, I called Lincare and had all my questions answered with politeness. I did call my doctor and have my order changed to Lincare............................ Why reach out to you as you, hoping for three times the charm? Three weeks waiting on you and both times I reach out to you with two different people and both times I am treated rudely...... Not going to happen.

I have severe restrictive lung disease secondary to lung cancer and adverse reaction to medications. I needed advanced equipment which is in scarce supply. Robert, the Manager, mined his contacts and was able to supply me much sooner than the quoted 4 plus weeks. He and the office were responsive and returned calls promptly. The equipment greatly improves my sleep.

Do you homework and read the reviews before you choose this company. Most reviews are 1 star and they have a “D” rating with the BBB. You’re basically on your own once you pick up your CPAP. Texts and emails go unanswered. Employees claim to be overwhelmed and over worked which is not the customer’s problem.
