Wandered into Roots yesterday while we were in Old Town. The store is so fun and we instantly loved it! The woman working there was fantastic! She talked with us about things to do while we are in town and offered us samples- we tried the cold brew- delicious! The store has some of the cutest gifts. I mean, plants and coffee- can’t go wrong with that!!

Just wanted to take a moment to share the exceptional customer service we received from Michael today. He greeted us immediately, shared some amazing coffee samples while giving the history of how the beans are roasted and then provided some awesome evening plans. He was sweet spirited and it just gave the entire store a great vibe! We will be ordering some coffee and having it shipped! ?
