We are thankful for the Ronald Mcdonald house charities in Albuquerque. We live out if town, and they've helped us on multiple occasions when we needed a room, for medical appointments.

Rayna at check in time was outstanding very friendly, great smile, after being at UNMH with our 13 yr old son. Going from a gloomy environment ie* a Dr's office. To RMHC to a cheerful staff was by far the best experience at a lodging facility we can encounter. Marisol at night shift very attentive to our needs. No doubt RMHC knows how to staff their facility.. wish I could give 100 stars....pss... all dental offices in NM if you can donate Toothbrushes, toothpaste for Adults and children RMHC NM is in need..

My baby has been in the hospital 3 hours from home for the past 8 days and I have been here with her. The other day the staff here at Lovelace in Albuquerque were trying to get me lodging at the Ronald Mcdonald house to get a good night's rest and to wash the dirty laundry I had. Got everything set up and got all the way to the house which I rely felt guilty for leaving my baby as it was just to be turned away. Now I totally understand why, no one who has been exposed to RSV can be allowed to stay due to the level of contagiousness of the virus, but it's how the staff at that time made me feel. I was completely mortified and totally embarrassed!! Although clearly none of it was my fault, I felt like trash walking out of that building. I love what they stand for but they clearly should have better protocol on how to deal with situations like the one I was put in.
