Been coming here for many years....they can do magic with pretty much any pair of shoes you take in. I trust them with my favorite sandals from Ross to my $2000 Gucci purses...they do it all!!! Might not be the quickest in town but the quality is the best!!!

Dropped off a pair of boots to have sole redone on April 28th 2023, never heard back,, i had to call romos first week of June, the man said he was busy with a personal matter, mom was in hospital or something,, he didn't even remember the project i asked him to do, i had to remind him about my boots,, I called back the next week, he said he just started boots and they were "in pieces", I asked for the proof of date delivered for the materials he used for my boots, because he said the material was just delivered and that's why he unable get to my project this entire time... he was unable to provide this proof. Said UPS just drops off packages and there is no record... weird and unprofessional. Word to the wise, if you are too busy with your personal life to take my project, you simply should had told me you couldn't take the project and I would had gone with my way, do not leave me, or any customers just forgotten on the shelf for months, then yell at them for behind upset about being forgotten.. the boots were to cost me 70 dollars originally, I gave the man a 35 dollar deposit the day I dropped off boots and would pay remaining balance at pick up,, I now have refused to pay remaining balance due to romos negligence and unprofessionalizm,, but he told me he couldn't allow that, so I told him he can go ahead and keep the boots and the 35 dollars. He wins and I lose, like always.. If anyone buys brown Gianni Bini spike suede boots from romos,, please love them, they were my favorite boot? and romo, I hope you have the life you deserve. Don't worry, I'll buy another pair of boots. Those ones were given to me by someone very special for Christmas...

I took my boots in 2 1/2 MONTHS ago to get the soles redone. He told me 2 weeks when I dropped them off. I just called AGAIN, 3rd time and still not done!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never in the shop long enough to get anyone's shoes done in a reasonable amount of time!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Expensive and you pay more for the shoes or boots for repair. They do have many to choose from but you are going to pay. At least there's still places like this still around, because these kind of places are becoming obsolete

Owner asked me out several times. I politely declined but I feel my denial affected service provided. I'm a 50 year old woman. Was not in any way flirting with him. He still has a pair of boots he did not respond to me about fixing (or if they are not fixable). This was back in the second week of Dec 2021. I felt not great about the interaction and decided just to buy my son a new pair of boots rather than face going back there. I do not like how I felt. I tried to work through it as he did do a good job fixing other shoes. But it is just not worth how uncomfortable I feel going in there. After the last time (when I dropped) of the the boots. I felt he was irritated when I politely told him I don't want to go out with him. Each time he was more pushy. I don't feel this is professional. I tried but my gut tells me to look elsewhere for a shoe repair shop. They are rare and hard to find. I wish this did not happen.

I called to ask if to see how much a repair would cost on my boots which I had for only 3 months. I went to Romos boot repair because I was in the area , I walk in had him take a look at the problem I had with the boots. He said he could fix it , I asked how long it would take him to do it , he said 15 min , I took my boots off right there and waited . Sure enough he got them repaired in 15 min . Now thats Customer service !! Very impressive, I walked out of there with my boots repaired. Made my Day !! Very happy customer . Great job :)
