Only needed Anti freeze but as soon as I entered the store I was treated as if I were buying an RV! How nice to be treated in such a friendly and helpful way - when I buy an RV this is where I'll look!! Thank you!

Rosette, is very knowledgeable. She was patient with me and took me through each Rv/trailer showing me every detail. The pros and cons of each. However, the cons were few. I learned a lot. She continued to show me more. Any question I asked she answered. She took the information of what I liked and walked me through it. Briana in finance was a hoot. Very professional. She made me laugh. The whole team was exceptional. Carlos who showed me each gadget on the trailer was patient, kind, and answered all questions that I had and went though the very long check list. The parts personnel assisted with everything I needed or wanted. Brandon was brave enough to ride in my truck around the parking lot until I was comfortable with pulling the trailer. He no problem doing this. Over all it was a fantastic experience. I took it out and run into someone who didn't have the same experience where they bought their trailer. I felt blessed!

Great service! One of the windows in our Class B van wouldn't open due to mechanical issues that we weren't sure could be fixed but they fixed it and very quickly. The business is swamped with customers now so we expected a long delay but they serviced it in just a few days. Michelle and Michael were super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable to get this problem fixed and we'll certainly go back for service in the future. Highly recommended.

The support through this new endeavor has been wonderful from Ricky. He was sales, but he has guided us in service / added parts to enhance our future living / and transfer of the new RV to our property. Every call / text has been met with professional responses and attention to our needs in a timely manner. We are extremely grateful for how he has supported this entire process, and are looking forward to this new adventure.

Never been here and probably won’t be buying an RV anytime soon. I just want to say that the commercials you post during elections are literally THE best!! Y’all should have them year ‘round. They are quite calming and always grab my attention!
Thanks for the needed break from loud commercials but mostly the loud political ads! ??

Buying an RV at RMRV was great! The price was very good and the sales and financial staff made it easy. We did have some issues with the new RV and RMRV management made additions and fixes to meet our needs. They are trustworthy and take care of their clients. RMRV is the best!
