I was accosted about government regulation and asked to sign petitions when simply shopping for a home defense tool. I realize there is a lot of hysteria about guns lately, but just because I believe in my second amendment right doesn't mean I agree with all of your politics and social mandates...

The staff is very knowledgeable. They are very helpful and explained stuff to me very well. They have a great selection Of guns, ammo and aftermarket products! They're prices are very reasonable and in line. You can purchase stuff online and get it ship to their store. You can buy a sound suppressant there.

The men working here made every effort to get me the protection I need to feel safe. I strongly encourage anyone reading to choose this store for your next gun purchase.

I heard so many good things about this place. I went in today at about 13:20 to see if they had a pistol that I am interested in. They did not have the exact model but basically what I wanted. The man at the counter started to show me the pistol in question when some other customers walked in. There were 2 other people free to help them but the person helping me just lost all interest in what I had came in for. I tried asking to see other pistols in the same caliber but he did not hear me anymore. I guess I wasn't the shure sale that just walked in. I was looking at a $1600 pistol you'd think that I would get better customer service. No thank you. If I wanted to get ignored and better dealed I'd go to the big box stores and get at least so so customer service.

After dealing with this shop for over a year with several transfers, they would not accept my last transfer from a national online retailer. No way for me to know in advance they did not like them. They refused to accommodate me. It was a big inconvenience.

An excellent selection of firearms and some really cool staff. I really enjoy doing it as a gun shop! They are also very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Mike, from one former medic to another.

This place is a hidden gem!I did my research shopping online for items and the website I was on recommended this store. I decided to give it a try. The shopping center and upon entering it looked like the normal ma & pa store. But upon looking in the cases and seeing what was stock in the shelves, things were impressive. They happened to have the actual gun I wanted (listed 3 other places where the gun wasn't in stock). Not only was the gun in stock but also blue tagged(?) cheaper for MIL/LE. Done deal! They also had lots of Form 4 items as well and ordered one. The dude I dealt with was helpful, his co-workers once freed up from customers were friendly and respectfully chatted with me. I read the 1 star reviews here and maybe I was lucky on a good day. But with the full attention that I got and what I saw other customers get, I can see why a small staff would be busy when there are more customers than staff in the store. Anyways, from my initial experience, the store is legit. I hope it continues this way. As a stocked gun store that supports 2A, I wish them well!

These people are absolutely fantastic. They know their stuff and are looking out for the people. Couldn’t recommend them more. They have a wide selection of reloading options, ammo, guns, build kits, magazines, and more. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Had some time on my day off and decided to stop in to the Store on Juan Tabo. When I first entered there was a gentleman sitting at the front counter who looked to be involved is some paper work. He never looked up when I came and never acknowledged my presence even though I was only a few feet away from him. Okay I began to walk around the store and look in the display cases saw another clerk helping a customer and a third clerk who was sorting items in one of the cases, neither greeted me or acknowledged my presences. The man helping a customer looked directly at me several time's but said nothing the other one sorting items in the case never even looked in my direction. I noticed several other customers just sort of milling around possibly waiting to talk to someone and at that time a man and his wife came in and begin to shop as well. They never greeted or acknowledged anyone in the store. As a customer when you encounter situation like this you can never be certain when of if you will be helped. In the unlikely event that someone does acknowledge your presence and tries to help you the only thing you will be thinking is that the person really does not want to be working or helping anyone. If you want to practice the art of invisibility just go into the Right to Bear Arms on Juan Tabo where customers are always invisible and insignificant. For this reason I can not return to the store even though I have money to spend and was interested in purchasing a hand gun.

Besides buying ammo at Right To Bear Arms, I’ve also bought a pistol and a shotgun (because it turns out I’m horrible with a pistol). I’ve found every purchase here a good experience until last month when I bought an AR15. The rifle looked and felt awesome and seemed to shoot great straight out of the box. Unfortunately I ran into trouble when trying to extract a live round. I’d drop the magazine but was unable to pull back charging handle-Long story short, I took the rifle back to RTBA and was told their armorer would look into it. After over three weeks without hearing from the store, I finally called to get an update only to be told that they we’re waiting for a good day to take rifle to a range. I went into the conversation a little mad and with the false impression that a gun store had a warranty on guns they sold so when I was informed that they don’t, I was not happy.Throughout the entire conversation, the person I was talking to remained calm, professional and was as informative as possible.Despite my dissatisfaction of this last purchase, I stand behind my five start rating. These guys are great- they are knowledgeable and offer a military discount. And they have Jake who is just about the coolest Standard Schnauzer I’ve ever met. If you need anything gun related, you should try Right To Bear Arms first.

I was at this location, background was delayed for a week then went into open status, did let me know they would Re-submit or refund , ofc I resubmitted another week passed, was still delayed. I do know other shops follow the Brady law as approved in Nm. Did end up Going to another shop and boom instantly approved. Wouldn’t recommend myself ofc everyone does have different outcomes. But I do feel like it was more of a racism choice to release after the few days.
