I have gotten a few signage orders for my businesses and have always been very pleased with the work and the customer service. The woman who takes my orders is always very helpful and expertly guides me to what I need. The signage always looks terrific, they are my go-to for customized signs.

I do not recommend this place for business as I will never use them. The girl that is there is rude, very unprofessional, quite obvious she doesn't care. Zero eye contact. She seems to be ruining business based on previous reviews.

This is not a review of their work because we were never able to schedule. I was referred to place by another business, but we never had the chance to work with them. We tried for over a month to get a call back to schedule a job for two vans and a sedan. A couple of times the woman on the phone was completely indifferent with us. Numerous times we were told Chris was busy and would get back to us. We emailed and called many times with no response. We ended up going with another company.

This has been the worse experience with any company or sales rep I have dealt with. Poor customer service, sent numerous emails to the rep with no reply on status of order or installation. Called the office to get the run around about sign installation saying they are extremely business and they are on Easter a week early, and asked to speak to sales rep who was apparently on the side of truck. I guess my petty business sign wasn’t enough of a commission to worry about. I strongly recommend another small local business to deal with that cares about their customers no matter how small the job.

I tried to order a custom tablecloth and a table runner from an online company and the response times and customer care was beyond irritating. I decide to go local and was recommended to call Resolution Graphics. They did an amazing job and the products were actually a little less expensive! Chris Rudy was excellent at getting what I needed in a fast time and outstanding quality!

I was referred to this company when looking to have a "fathead" like image done.At first they were really cooperative and answered every questions I had.When it came time to pick up the work they had done for me, there was a lot of conflicting stories and miscommunication. One lady told me it was ready for pick up when ten minutes earlier, they had called me and said it wouldn't be ready until later in the day. I had someone go pick it up for me because i was out of town at the time but when I got back home and saw the finished product i was less than impressed. First, they didn't even cut the image. It was literally just a blown up picture of a head on a square piece of board. The image was so dark and just not well done at all. For some reason, they made me two of these horrible things but assured me that I would only be charged for me. That was not the case. I was charged for two. Fact is, I could have done exactly what they did for a lot cheaper but I was expecting the quality of their work to surpass mine because 1, they are professionals and 2, they were charging me $50.00. I ended up making my own at Wal-Mart that is far better than the ones they gave me. Don't know what quality their other work is like but if or when they tell you they can do "fatheads" trust me, they can't. Make sure you keep an eye on the bill too.

They do a great job for us with big graphics (10' x 20' exhibit). Professional staff, always helpful, will go back for any other large graphic we have printed
