I have had nothing but terrible experiences with "Reliable" since purchasing my vehicle. They should be called "Unreliable" instead. Firstly, they lied and told me all tires were brand new on the vehicle and one month into driving the rear tire completely blew out. They refused to replace it or pay for the tires, I took it to Discount Tire where they showed me the age of the tires were 3+ years old, and previously repaired but not to DOT standards causing it to blow out while I was driving.Secondly, they give you free oil changes for 5+ years but when you go for your oil change at a set appointment time, you will wait for 3+ hours for a simple oil change. They are all extremely unprofessional and rude if it does not go their way or if the customer is unhappy/has questions. They are extremely pushy and disrespectful to their clients. Would NEVER buy a vehicle here EVER again, would NEVER recommend them.

I usually never post stuff like this but this time I feel I need to. It's about Reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque. This dealership has the worst I mean WORST customer service!! I'm not gonna tell you the whole story but I jist wanted to caution anyone considering doing business with them. Their service department is the most dishonest group of individuals I have ever dealt with and their General Manager doesn't have the decency to speak to a VERY dissatisfied customer. I ended up having to pay $800 out of my own pocket for a rental they promised to reimburse me for. I really hope General Motors is aware of how bad this dealership is ruining their reputation. So if you're planning on shopping for a vehicle please stay away feom this place!! P.S. I only gave it 1 star because otherwise I couldn't post this review, they deserve 0 stars

WORST PLACE EVER. Horrible customer service, you have to drive over there in order to speak to someone. They do not return voicemails. They will keep your vehicle for over a month just to tell you you don't have warranty when you do. Fucking scam artists.

Worse place to get your exterior done they never know when they’re going to be done alway moving the dates back. The cost was only 1,000 for a door dent and door paint that’s it, they had my car for 2 months.Service: Painting

Not even worth getting 1 star but you have to leave 1 star in order to post . The worst experience ever that i have had buying a car. We came in to look, found one we liked but for some reason sales wasnt wanting to work with us on that particular truck, we went out and looked, i found one that i liked. The numbers were great so we signed. Well we had taken the truck home noticed that what seemed to be oil spots in the bed of the truck were getting worse by the day. Called up our sales guy and he said well im in the process of getting my car out of the tow yard as it was towed blah blah blah and then he was mysteriously fired. Finally got ahold of someone and was able to get the bed liner redone. Now Time for tinting the windows. I was told that my appointment was on a certain day at a time, even had a text confirming that time slot. I show up at my appointment time and service didnt even greet me as i walked in they actually looked pretty bothered that i walked in at 12, must have been there lunch time, any way one guy says well your appointment was at 11 but if you leave your truck here we can have it done at end of day. I said no im leaving with my truck in a hour when my tint is done. The guy says well i have to check with the guy who does it, so i said you do that and get your manager as well. The guy comes back and says well our 12 appointment canceled we will have that done but we cant start for 20 mins. Finally 2 pm my truck was done. I go to get in my truck noticed that on my door looks like a ding with paint missing from my drivers side door, a dent on the outter part of the window, Some guy by jason says dont worry mam we will get that fix, noticed my passenger mirror had scratches on when i got home. Jason calls and says we have ordered touchup paint and that part because we do not carry those in our parts or body shop. Fine!!! finally a month later body shop calls and says oh we have this touch up paint and part when can you come in, i say well ill be in this particular day. I get to body shop and the guy that called me didnt seem to have recollection that i even called. He then tells me well let me call sales, he calls sales and he says oh yes we were to just touch up the spot with paint and call it good. Im like please explain this touch up call it good process. He says well we will place a tear drop of paint on the chip and youre done. Im like are you buffing it out? He says no we will place the paint, youll notice spot but not the chip. I said um no excuse me you will buff it out and fix it. Its now end of day next day (mind you body shop said oh yep itll be done by tomorrow) I call body shop to get the status and the guy i spoke to yesterday states well they ordered the wrong part for the door. We are having it delivered as we dont have the part in house but your truck should be done by 6. We'll we go pick up our truck and guess what thr literally just dabbed a drop of paint and called it good. Now guess what they get to pay for a rental and redo the whole door. So word to wise DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I have no idea we're to start. I purchased a Camaro from these guys and it started having lots of issues. My car has been with them for almost 2 months now and I've been jumping through hoops to get to and from work. Haven't had management reach out to me. Stepped in numerous times with no results. Basically I purchased a car and I'm paying my payments while it sits in there shop. Have to find legal help to figure this out and I'm still waiting to hear from the a member of management. This has been the most frustrating thing and people's livelihood should not be up for gamble like this. They need to make this right. See how this goesss.... sept. 26 2023 (update) I was supposed to receive a call last Thursday from a male named mike who was very promising on getting this issue resolved. Never received a call I waited until Monday sept 25 and stopped in person. Talked to a service advisor who ended up speaking with management. He claimed I would receive a call by the end of the day. I departed. No call received. The next day Tuesday the 26th I stopped in and the service advisor referred me to Patricia who deals with customer relations. Told her briefly what was going on, she managed to get me into a loaner vehicle. The vehicle can't be fixed timely because of a gm strike. (Not covid) already knew that by the way. I mentioned that this car has been an issue since the day after I bought it. It seems to be a lemon and that they need to make this right. Im 6000$ deep into this vehicle. So im awaiting a call from mike who said he was going to fix this situation for me but now it just seems more confusing. I want to be let out of this nasty situation and start fresh this is a nightmare. I was requested to remove my review I WILL REMOVE IT WHEN THIS ISSUE IS RESOVLED AND IM HAPPY. I get home and I receive a call from Patricia she's asking when would be a good time to stop by used sales so they can see what they can do for me. Well they didn't do anything they tried to trick me into trading in the car lol. Like I said before we will see how this goes...

My car was there for 6 months for a catalytic converter that was covered by warranty. Then suddenly my car needed over $2,000 of repairs. They wanted to charge me $239 for an oil change. When I went to pick up my car they tried to tack on another $900 + for something they never told me was needed. During these 6 months I was never given updates on my car I had to reach out to GM for updates. When I called no one ever answered the phone and they never returned calls.

The partial owner Kenneth Orosco is a man with very little emotional regulation skills. With a deal falling apart due to a lack of communication on his staffs part he began yelling in his office and continually talking over my wife and I. Do your diligence when researching this dealership and keep in mind most of these reviews are pushed onto customers before they're even in the finance office.

I've been here 2 and a half hours for an oil change. The service guy Martin is extremely rude and doesn't have any business talking down to me the way he is. He should not be customer facing and his tone is unreal. I cannot believe the attitude of this guy. Even the customer service lady here is saying he gets a lot of complaints. Relaying information is one thing but treating customers like they are stupid is another.

My one year old Chevrolet Colorado truck shut down on Sunday 5/28 and would not re-start. After calling for help through the OnStar system the truck was delivered by tow truck to Reliable Chevrolet. On 5/29 called the service department but it was closed due to memorial day holiday, but did leave a message asking for service department to return call. On Tuesday morning I called the service department and they said they had no record of the truck and that I was mistaken that it had been delivered to this service department. I called the tow truck company and they confirmed that it had been delivered to Reliable. My Father who is the co-owner of the truck also contacted the service department in the morning after I told him that they insisted the truck had not been delivered to Reliable. He was told there was no record of the truck being there but that they would look into it and would get back to him. Later that afternoon after not hearing back from the service department my father went to the service department and they told him they did not recall a request to look for the truck. They then showed him a set of keys and asked if they were the ones for the truck as they had been sitting there and they did not know where they came from. They were my trucks keys. They then walked to the service yard and found the truck. They told my father that there was a mandatory seven-day diagnostic period. The advisor said he would let us know as soon as he got any information. On Friday 6/2 I told my father that I had been unable the roll up the windows on the truck due to the power loss and that the weather forecast rain that evening. He called the service department, and they told him they would see if they could get power to the windows. They also said that they would call him to acknowledge if they were able to perform the window closure. He never heard back from the service department so he went to the service department on Saturday 6/3 and asked if he could physically inspect the truck to see if the windows were up. The agent showed him the truck and the windows were still down, it should be noted that it rained heavily on Friday evening. He again asked them to attempt to close the windows and to call him back if there were any issues. He received a call back later that afternoon that they had been successfully closed. I continued to wait to hear anything back about the truck and attempted to call the service department on Thursday 6/8 which would be 8 business days from when the department acknowledged the truck, there was no answer, so I left a message. My father also attempted to call the service department and did not get anyone to answer the line on five separate calls he made over the course of the day. This also included a no answer from a request for the switchboard operator to put him in touch with a service manager. He left a message on the service manager's line but never received a call back. The next day, on Friday 6/9, he called the service department and spoke with an advisor who told him that the truck had been assigned to a tech but could not provide any further information. They also told him that the assigned service advisor was not available. My father insisted that they give him a definitive date on the repair and after being on hold for 40 minutes the service advisor said the truck would be diagnosed by that evening of by the following morning 6/10 at the latest. No surprise but no response from service rep on Friday or Saturday. Called on Monday 6/12 and was told the problem was diagnosed as a bad alternator and that the new part had been ordered and would arrive that day Monday 6/12 or the next day Tuesday 6/13. No call back from service rep by midday Wednesday 6/13 so I called them and was told the part had arrived on Tuesday 6/12 and would be installed later that day or the following day Thursday 6/15. No call back by Friday so called and again was put on hold several times finally got with assigned service rep and was promised the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. Of course, by the end

Reliable is probably not the best name for the service you'll receive. Bought a Trailblazer from them in February of 2021 that had to be delivered from Arizona. At delivery, our salesman Josh Day was very upfront that the taillight had been cracked. He offered to keep the car until it was fixed or we could drive it off the lot as is with the promise of it being replaced later on. We chose poorly and drove it off the lot. We have been back and forth with several folks on this issue in the last 2.5 years and no traction is ever made, just more empty promises. Today they finally told me they just weren't going to do it. Not surprised really. But 2.5 years of promises and I still have the cracked taillight. It's not that big of a deal but a handshake used to mean something. I'll spend my money elsewhere and think you should too.The owner replied with an email that does not work. Have tried to email it twice now as listed and it fails to send.

I had to put 1 star because it's the lowest option but I give them ZERO stars! Very Dissatisfied! This is the worst service center I have ever dealt with in my 65 years! I Had an appointment for Tuesday at 8 AM. They then tell me it's going to take 5 days! FIVE DAYS just to look at and diagnose the issue! I Called on the 4th day to get an update. The car hasn't been looked at and won't be until NEXT week! The very unconcerned, blank-faced service advisor then tell me they told me 5-10 days. Why did I need to bring it in at 8 AM if it's just going to sit there for a10 days!!?? Apparently, there's only 1 "MASTER TECH" that can diagnose it and they can't figure out a better appointment system than to just have the cars pile up and wait their turn! Pure insanity! My car didn't have a pressing issue, so I went down a took my car back. I'll find another dealer that has a more sensible appointment system. It looks like all f the positive reviews here are with the sales department and all of the negative reviews are with the Service department. Management should take note of this! Reliable Chevrolet is under the Berkshire Hathaway Umbrella, guess who's getting a letter from me!
