I had been a client of Reincarnation for 3 years but I fear I have spent a LOT of money in highly inflated costs. My recent reason to change Subaru shops was because Reincarnation quoted $700 to fix my horn. I don't even want to think how much money I've wasted. If you can afford inflated but good service, this is the shop for you. If you want reasonable cost and good service, there are other shops for you.

We have taken our two older Subarus to Reincarnation for several years and have had only positive experiences. Juan, Ray and the crew always explain the work thoroughly, follow through on all the work in a reasonable time, make any adjustments needed and are just the nicest people. They are keeping our cars in great shape!Services: Steering & suspension repair

They do great work at a decent price on Toyotas, too. I appreciated being able to schedule an oil change online and use texts in addition to voice to follow up. Also like the online inspection report and billing.

A friend recommended this place so I gave it a try. Very nice people. Solid service. HOWEVER. I was given a list of recommended maintenance repairs (some in red and deemed "urgent") that would have cost $3,637. I was told I could use a new radiator, needed new rear shocks, a new serpentine belt, and a valve adjustment (among other things). I just took it to another mechanic I trust for a second opinion. He said all I needed was a new serpentine belt. Just to be absolutely sure, I did a price check online for a new radiator. A quick google search indicated a new radiator should cost me about $70-$116 (see pic). Their estimate (see photo) quoted me at $470.18 (not including labor, new hoses, or a new cap).Lame because I wanted to like this shop...

I was looking for someone to work on my Subaru, that I could trust that wouldn’t charge me more than I needed to pay. These guys gave me an honest opinion and they were super friendly, and my car felt like a whole new car when I left! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ray, the manager is on top of everything, and made sure that I was taken care of.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Bad communication & not great service! First, they kept my car for 2 days to diagnose & I had to call to get an update on my car. They didn't call me or send me the inspection results & quotes. I have a 97 suburu....estimate came to $6000....if I wanted a new car I'd buy one & don't expect my old car to be in perfect condition. Check engine lite on....they changed the fuel cap & cleaned up the EGR Valve & changed my belts for bout $600. So I pick up the car & drive the car from their shop to Belen & get home finding the hood unlatched. After the July 4th holiday, I had to call to request a copy of paid invoice & get status of repair. The shop is packed with cars & quite dirty...unorganized u professional. I was disappointed with their business even though they are subaru experts supposedly! Check engine lite still on.

My dad and I were driving across the state and my Subaru started to throw some codes. Even though Juan was booked up, he took a moment to read the codes and talk us through what was happening and was able to give us an easy fix to get us back on the road. I’m very grateful for Juan and his team!Service: Electrical repair

I had a 75 point inspection done here on my 2013 Subaru Outback back in February . The quotes they gave on suggested repairs were down right laughable. I just purchased the vehicle and wanted to see why I was seeing transmission fluid on the ground. Because a trusted friend of mine goes there often I didn't want to challenge them too much BUT they actually put on the inspection it had a blown head gasket! I had to point this out to the guy at the counter because I knew that wasn't right. I am a woman that knows engines. He said OH yeah sorry, thats a mistake that shouldn't be on there......WHAT? I couldn't actually believe the BS they were trying to put past me there. The quotes were outrageous. If you are going here you may want to price check these guys. I was pretty surprised based on the reviews and the amount of business this shop does.

My 13 year old Subaru Forester needed lots of love and care and these amazing guys delivered! My goal is to keep my beloved Subie on the road for another 5-10 years. Reincarnation worked with me to help meet that goal. These guys are passionate about Subarus and you can tell! When I took my Subaru in I knew it needed some work. Reincarnation did a thorough evaluation and delivered a very detailed assessment to me. They were very upfront and honest and took the time to kindly and gently explain the work needed. I felt no pressure whatsoever to accept their services. The major services my Subie needed were a radiator replacement, water pump and thermostat replacement, a/c recharge, cylinder head resurfacing, oil change, tire rotation, etc. They even fixed and installed a new driver side sun visor! I feel like I’m driving a brand new car. It drives so smoothly now and the engine and belts hum along without any whining, choking or squeaking. Service was excellent. I only trust Reincarnation with all my Subie’s service needs and repairs!Services: General repairs & maintenance

They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. They had me run some tests of my own before we decided how to proceed which I very much appreciated. I cannot testify to their work however as I could not afford them.

I took our 2013 Subaru Outback there on February 2 for routine maintenance as well as inspection as I was giving the car to my kid in Denver.I had 57000 miles at that point. I was told that the battery was iffy, and that the control arm bushings were fraying, otherwise it was OK. I was more than a bit surprised to discover that to fix these two issues, as well as do what they felt was routine 60 K maintenance (without rotation) would cost over $4200. They even wanted to replace the radiator with its attendant hoses, although they pointed out nothing wrong with it. I paid for the inspection, got a new battery at Interstate (they even wanted $65 for labor for that), and had the car looked at by a relative who has his own import car repair shop in the Denver area, who pretty much laughed at their recommendations, although he agreed that the bushings were a little frayed but not needing replacement at this time. He felt that nothing else was currently necessary. We had brake pads done in the past there -- they seemed OK with a specific job, although high end , but I heard they do good work and I wanted my kid to be safe. They are pleasant and seem competent, but wow!
