Great customer service at every Red Wing store especially here. Ordered a couple of boots from Ryan, he was extremely helpful with the process. Will definitely be calling them again when I’m in need of some new boots.

Not happy guess I'll just make another trip back to Albuquerque even though there's like a 5-hour wait to get home due to construction waited about a week and a half for you guys to get my shoes and lo and behold they are the wrong size so I guess I will see you at 11:00 u g h not happy

Turns out that Red Wings are no longer USA made. They're cheaply made in China. They no longer offer lifetime sole replacement for their boots.
The Fellas that worked at the store were very nice and knowledgeable about their product. They were very careful to say that the boots are "manufactured overseas," so the sizing is smaller than we're used to.
Why is a men's size 8 "not really" a men's size 8? Especially at this price point.
Once I learned that they're made in China, and the fact that they didn't fit right, I chose to return the $300.00 boots.
The assistant manager that was processing the return told me that I what Ishould do is adjust the shift lever on my motorcycle instead of replacing the boots that didn't line up with my foot.
I had paid cash when I purchased them. He said he could only refund a card. I didn't have a card so he made a big deal about the inconvenience of refunding cash.
In the end, I was refunded my money. The Chinese boots were returned, and I'll find a new brand that fit me right.

Ryan was incredible and so attentive. He did everything to make sure my husband found the perfect pair. My husband has grown up on red wings and swears by them. Both sales Ryan and manager Ryan took the time with him. Sales Ryan used the system and manual measurements to make sure it was perfect fit and ordered him boots in the correct size.

A little concerned that there are a number of products produced in China in a shop whose reputation is built on being American made. Come on guys. Pull your head out.

One store didn't have the boot I was looking for, but the saleswoman was very helpful and measured my feet and found the boots at the other store. Both stores had helpful attentive knowledgeable staff.
