What’s the point of an APPOINTMENT for an oil change if you end up just telling us it’ll be 1-2 hours!!?? ??♀️??♀️

It's a shame to hear that it will take 2-4 hrs just for an oil change. What is worse is for them telling customers that it will take 2-4 weeks for any recalls or other main services to be done. Good thing rich Ford is able to get me and other people in and out quickly. Taking all business to rich from now on as well as other people I have talk with.

Always very friendly service and informative to all my vehicles needs since 2016 I have been satisfied with Quick Lane at Rich Ford on Lomas., Just an update on quick Lane richford Maria is always great and friendly to me always finds a great deal for whatever needs my car has, very professional along with the entire Rich Ford quick Lane staff I appreciate you guys you're the best. A woman alone they ignored me, even though I had an appointment. When nate answered the call that I was there, everything moved right along, all the work was done and the courtesy shuttle was provided promptly. I will go back. Attaboy nate and courtesy shuttle driver.

The tech James was great & explained everything. They gave me a ride to the mall while my truck was serviced. The service was great AS ALWAYS. The problem was that it took 4 hours!

Sales experience was quick and relatively painless. I told them what I wanted, test drove the vehicle, and made the purchase the same day (with very little back and forth). There were a few minor hiccups during the financing portion, but they were all taken care of in a timely and professional manner.Overall - great experience.

We love our new Ford. However, after driving from another state, we were disappointed in the review of features of our new Ford and the \\\"walk through\\\". Our salesman met us upon scheduled 9am arrival. He stated he needed to get the car detailed and for us to go to the Financial Manager. When we returned, we were informed our salesman had become ill, and we were assigned to another salesman to do our walk through. While reviewing the \\\"after market\\\" additions we added, we discovered the first addition was broken. The truck was then taken back to that department for an hour. After that, the new salesman reviewed some of the features, but didn't really understand other features, particularly the \\\"trailer back up assist\\\". I believe this feature was approximately $1,800. The salesmen said he \\\"really didn't understand that feature\\\" and left it at that. After being at the dealership for 2.5 hours and having to drive home to another state, we decided we could probably look at a YouTube video and learn as much! We were about to drive away and noticed the gas tank was empty. This took another few minutes to fill. All in all the staff were very polite and nice, but we were very disappointed that we had such a simple and abbreviated review of my first truck. It was an expensive F-250 and I was expecting more of a thorough review of the truck.

Great. Had transmission and coolant flushed. Replaced fluids. It was done in a timely manner and on my way home after a short wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Thank you. Dylan and crew did a great job.

My last new vehicle purchase was many years ago; therefore, technology in a vehicle was new to me.Also, with the health world as it currently is, I was thankful that Rich Ford offered concierge service.My salesperson, Frank R. Gonzales contacted me immediately upon my interest, and with his knowledge and expertise, I immediately felt reassured that I was in great hands. Mr. Gonzales went above and beyond in explaining all of the vehicles features, the technology aspect was greatly appreciated.He was patient, kind, understanding... a true professional. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. It was by far the best car experience I have ever had. My husband and I went to go look at a Jeep at Rich Ford. We met with the sales associate Frankie and she helped us with the buying process. Frankie has been amazing with everything! When there was an issue with the Jeep, she had it taken care of right away. The service depart was awesome! They fixed the issue better than expected! Thank you Rich Ford for everything! We are loving the Jeep!

Bought a new Ford Ranger at Rich Ford, probably the best and easiest auto buying experience I’ve ever had, even during a pandemic!! Brooke Donovan was great as the salesperson, drove the truck to my house, had great suggestions, and worked with me through the whole process. Highly recommended!

Easy in and out; excellent service and staff. This is the location on Lomas. It was a Saturday at noon and they took my car right in. Was ready less than 2 hours later.

Comfortable with Social Distancing, promt Service And in a timely manner, I appreciated the Hot Chocolate on a cold morning. I really appreciate being given and an explaintion of what was checked and what had been worked on. The Service department representative was very polite. The Service department is effiecent in tending to my vehicles needs. This why I prefer Rich Ford where I purchased my vehicle. Keep up the great service and the Friendly smiles.
