The service is excellent, but the app is lousy. i had such a problem trying to find them and then trying to change the appointment. i just had to make another one, which turned out to be the right way to handle canceling the old one. I also miswrote the address. Trying to figure out what the right address was was impossible. So I just drove away, and across the street was Optum. I knew from experience that Quest likes to house in Optum locations. So I found it. Too late, but I found it.

The person who did my blood draw was AMAZING -- I have tiny little veins that shy away from needles, but she found the vein in the first try.

Phlebotomist dug around in my arm for a vein and then blamed me for not being able to find the vein, saying I moved my arm. I didn't.

Francella was a gem. After I told her my health difficulties with fasting blood work, she made sure I was comfortable and safe, kept the process moving along quickly, and was always professional yet compassionate. I will choose to return to this location next time.

The gal working the front counter was incredible. There were quite a few of walk-ins and she was amazing in trying to accommodate everyone even though there was only one other employee assisting.

This place is a joke you should not have to have a appointment to get lab work done people have been waiting longer then me when they do have a appointment. What a joke

No designated waiting room for people getting lab work. Two chairs by the entrance, 4-5 more opposite part of area, not enough room for people to sit. Check-in on kiosk was fine, wait for lab tech was tolerable but not comfortable. All the Quest people were fine, the waiting area is not so much.

I was hesitant to come here initially based on the reviews, but wow I'm so glad I came to this location. I had a great experience. Since it was my first time there I was confused about where to sign in and wait, but the staff there were so helpful and kind. The gentleman who did the blood draw was very professional and the blood draw was quick and seamless. Don't be scared of the negative reviews. Highly recommend this location.

terrible "signage" in the 2121 JuanTabo location - must line up (if someone on Optum staff tells you due to terrible signage) - then, Optum staff must open a locked door for customer to enter check in - although I entered insurance info when I made appointment on-line, I had to reenter insurance info - my 8:40 am appointment was not respected until a few minutes before 9:00 am - customer without appointment was taken before me - one of the phlembotomists left the office/waiting area at least twice, returning with test tubes - between getting in line (3 ahead) to check in at the robot and calling me a very few minutes before 9:00 am, only TWO customers had blood draws -- yes TWO, with 2 phlebotomists "working" - the room in which blood is drawn had a MISSING cabinet door, under the sink; clearly, appearance and condition of the facility is poor - next time: I direct the MD to send my tests to Tri-Core lab
