I took my vehicle in for paint after an insurance claim. They painted about 70% of the vehicle and charged the insurance $7200 plus my $500 deductible. Upon completion of the job I had cracks in my dash, scratches on my windshield, scratches on my bumper and scratches on the interior door panel and air coming into my cab. I notified the so called service manager and he said if insurance didn’t cover it, there was nothing they could do, even though NONE of this was there before I brought it in. I left messages for the General Manager and never heard back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE….

Dropped my vehicle off and haven't heard back from them in 2 weeks no courtesy call on when I'll have my vehicle back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Insurance had us take our car here for hail damage and they consistently caused as many problems as they solved. They fixed the dents but left paint stains inside the car, then cleaned the paint but broke an airbag cover, then left us waiting for months over a “replacement part”.

I took my car here on the advice of my dealership. I wish I had read reviews before taking it here. I was told 2 weeks, which I understand is an estimate and it may take a little longer, however, it turned into 7 weeks.I hired them to repair a dent on the passenger side door and side panel, front bumper, fix the antenna and tint the windows.After they started working on the side dent, they said they needed another part, which meant they had to wait for the new part. I was more than patient with Esteban. He never called to keep me updated. I was only updated when I called to check on the car.Then, he informs me that they ordered the wrong part for the front, so I had to wait for that part. That was their error. I never heard any apologies. He told me before that, that everything was done except the side dent. Then, I called and they said they were working on the antenna, that means he lied to me. Then they were tinting the windows. He said he forgot to tint the windows.I had to reschedule maintenance on the car 2 times and the 3rd time, he offered to take the car in for the oil change. That was nice, and helped make up for so many previous problems.I returned my rental car, which cost almost $2,000, which I would get reimbursed for, but I had to pay for it in the meantime.When the car place was done with the oil change, I went to pick it up and Esteban had already picked it up, so I got a ride to the Collision Repair shop. Esteban was off to lunch and my car wasn't ready. I had to wait an hour for them to wash my car and inspect it. They also broke the emblem on the front of my car, so now I have to go back once they get that part in.After driving it, I discovered that the passenger seat belt wasn't working. I had to get that fixed. They tried to say it wasn't their fault even though it was working fine when I dropped it off. I talked to Edwin. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called Ron the Manager/Supervisor and he never returned my call.I understand people make mistakes, but you would think that after a few mistakes, you would go out of your way to not make any more and apologize, but they certainly didn't care.I would not recommend this repair shop.

This body shop represents insurance companies, not you the owner of the vehicle. Beware of the results of their work on your vehicle, they can care less about you and your investment.

Bondo is not quality...other body shop estimates suggested replacing the door skin...this place went with bondo....I'll be back as soon as an issue arises so that I can wait two weeks again for my vehicle.

Great service, car looks new again, had rear bumper replaced due to an accident, faster than estimated time in shop. They cleaned my car inside and out. Highly recommend.

This is a very good place to bring your vehicle. My car was not just repaired; it was restored. It came out looking like it did when it was new. I feel like I am driving in a new car! I highly recommend this place for your repair needs.

Brought my car in after someone else hit me. These guys told the insurance a prior repair wasn’t done properly. Based on that the other drivers insurance refused to cover all the damage. Took it to another shop and after their assessment, the insurance agreed to cover the damage. Wasted a few weeks of my time. Would not go back.

Quality collision is just top notch. They messed up my my cowl vent and left my windshield wipers loose causing the drivers side one to break. They didn’t even put the new bumper frame all the way back in and the hood of my car (red) is now speckled with blue paint. Go somewhere else!Services: Body & Trim
