Super helpful staff, great experience with this ProSource location. I had a cabinet order that was small but very logistically complicated and Robert H. patiently helped me get it sorted out despite it being a small dollar purchase. Excellent customer service!

The people that work here are rude, insensitive and completely unsympathetic. All they care about is profit. They didn't seem to care that they have almost no hours for people that hold a 9-5. They told me that if I needed to buy tile I should just take the day off and it wasn't their problem. They won't do stock checks on Saturday and again, they weren't sympathetic about this problem. They were not clear about the conditions of purchase and that returns weren't possible even for a restock fee. They said my order would arrive in a few weeks and it took about a year. Buyer beware! I don't recommend this company to anyone. This has never been a matter of what the company can and can't do. It's a matter of the fact that the people that work their have no customer service skills and don't care that decisions impact real people. They just don't have any empathy.

Excellent costumer service. Kiefer was helpful in my selection and listened to my concerns. My order came in as promised. I used an installer that was recommended by ProSource. Juan Cervantes was very professional. He and his team took pride in their work, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job in the timeline promised. I was extremely satisfied with my whole experience .

They do have some good deals going on in there. I bought some stuff from them and they provide a high quality service. They’ve worked with my concerns. Carla, Kiefer, Shawn and Robert are professionals and fantastic at what they do. I hope they continue to help people with their projects.

My wife and I have purchased a wide variety of flooring products, including carpet, laminated flooring, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), etc. from ProSource of Albuquerque for various remodeling projects over the past 20+ years. We have consistently been pleased with the extremely wide selection available in their showroom and the fact that they offer higher quality products than you typically find in places like big box stores, all at very competitive prices. Shawn, Keifer, and the rest of the ProSource ABQ team have always been very helpful and customer service oriented. Recently, that service was taken to a whole new level. We had an issue with a NOVA LVT product that we installed in our kitchen. I have installed a lot of LVT and never had anything but excellent results with it until now. Without going into a lot of detail, the problem was 100% the fault of the manufacturer and had nothing to do with ProSource. However, when NOVA refused to honor our warranty claim, Shawn voluntarily stepped in to defend the validity of our claim with NOVA. When NOVA still refused to honor our claim, Shawn helped us identify a better replacement LVT product from another company and very generously gave us a discount on the replacement LVT, even though the NOVA problem had absolutely nothing to do with ProSource. You simply can't find that kind of support and exceptional customer service very many places these days. My wife and I highly recommend ProSource and will continue to shop there for our flooring needs. For the record, I volunteered to write this review because I really appreciate good customer service (which is becoming all too rare these days) and I am not being compensated in any way for it.

Really wide selection of products! We were able to knock out of a ton of finishes in two visits to the showroom. People were friendly and helpful in the front. Overall great experience

March 2022 we purchased carpet for our home, living room,3 bedrooms and hall way. Our experience with Pro Source was not to our satisfaction. we felt taken advantage of because the carpet we purchased was not like the LARGE sample we looked at, we did take the sample home to vacuum it, walk on it, there were no vacuum or foot marks on it. When shopping we expressed to Carla (sales person) we wanted a carpet that would NOT SHOW vacuum or foot marks. we were disappointed to see after the carpet was installed that it shows foot marks,vacuum marks and shadows! The day the carpet was installed we called Carla to let her know we were unhappy about this, she said she would check with the distributor , but she had no empathy at all..we know the warranty does not cover this type of situation, she also let us know that. We thinkthat Carla should of been more familiar with the type of carpets they sell, so we would of made a diffrent choice. We fell ripped off by this company and feel they should have more knowledge on their products. We are writing this review to let other customers know they should consider taking there business elsewhere.

This company has poor business practices and worse customer service. Their record keeping system appears nonexistent. It took several requests to get copies of my receipts and they have no records whatsoever to show that $28K of purchased tile was picked up and properly accounted for. I was told by Shane that accounting for the tile was my responsibility. Lesson learned - personally count every tile or risk some going "missing"? I also returned boxes of broken tile costing $250 and Shane and Carla both claimed they were replaced but told me I had to take their word for it because they had no documentation to show I received the replacement boxes. If they have no records, how did they both know the boxes were replaced? Another box arrived broken and Carla instructed me that contractors use the broken pieces for filling in edges. I had to send a photo of the completely shattered and unusable tiles before a replacement was processed. Their resistance to providing basic service is shocking. Buying tile from Prosource was a big mistake.
