They have never once been nice over the phone. They overcharge on all the supplies and when conversing with them about important things regarding my CPAP and my health they give attitude and hang up the phone.

David was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. So wonderful to have his understanding of cpap use. He made you feel like there is hope for your situation. This heartfelt service is rarely found anymore in business.

Gross. I got a CPAP from these folks over two years ago, and on the day that I received the initial setup, I specifically asked to not have supplies automatically shipped to me because I have a high deductible health plan. I received a $900 bill from them this year, and when I called to dispute that, apparently they did still have me initial a box for auto-delivery. The owner, Renee, was rude, kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain the situation, and kept "thanking" me in a patronizing manner. Although I did not want these to be auto-shipped, they sure did take me by getting me to initial their slip unknowingly so they could continue to bill my insurance and get payment. I mean, that's the easiest, best, and quickest way to make money. Auto-ship supplies even if they're not needed. They can see all my analytics from the CPAP machine and see that I wasn't using it, but why would they care? Keep sending them and keep making money. For what it's worth, I did pay them their $900 they invoiced me for, even though I didn't agree with it, solely because they were cunning enough to entrap me into this. Good game 02 solutions, good game.

These people are garbage. No customer service. Incredibly bad shipping. Do not seem to stock anything. What a joke. Positive reviews must be from family

My experience with OS2 Solutions has been stellar. With my first provider, the service people were not friendly. When I called, I was put on hold forever, was finally sent to voice mail to leave a message, and often did not receive a return call. I have been to OS2 3 times so far including my initial visit, and have called when I needed something. They've answered the phone within 3 rings, and I have always been greeted with a friendly, professional voice. They've always been interested in helping me with whatever I've needed, which has included some extra help in learning how to use my equipment and in making sure I was set up to receive the supplies I needed. I wish I had started out with them in the first place. I could have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. I think OS2 Solutions is great! I would most definitely recommend them!

The entire staff at O2 Solutions has been so patient and polite with me in my experience of using a C-Pap mask for the first time. They are very professional and understanding. I'm so glad they helped me and are there for me whenever I need them.

My husband was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea on April 13 2023. We were told it could be 90 days wait for a cpap through Lovelace hospital. We got the RX, all doctors' notes, and sleep study notes and delivered it in person to Premier Hospital Supply on April 20, 2023. We waited for a call back to schedule an appointment. No response. I called personally 6-8 times and was told that they had submitted to our insurance for approval, and they would call to set an appointment once they got the authorization from our insurance. Each time I called, I was told that they were still waiting on the insurance. We finally called the insurance, and we're told that this company had not even submitted to our insurance. We submitted the paperwork to our insurance and had the approval within a couple of days. We then emailed it to Premier Hospital and were called for an appointment on June 1. Before we could get in for our appointment, I had to take my husband to the ER due to a left side focal seizure and a possible stroke. After a 3 day hospital stay, the neurologist said this was most likely due to untreated sleep apnea and that a medication may have been a contributing factor. I do not recommend this company.

So professional, so helpful, awesome service, and amazing people. This was my 2nd time getting a cpap machine for my daughter. The first time with another company was anything but reassuring, helpful, or supportive. So we failed the first go round. With the guidance, instructions, and support from O2 solutions I feel confident, and prepared. My daughter's first night was a huge difference. Thank you guys so much!!

I would not recommend this company. Go to HME if possible. I could not use the CPAP equipment and returned it within 1 week. They refused to refund any of my money, they could have if they really cared about patient satisfaction, especially being a "family" business, but like most companies, they are only concerned with money.

First two rounds of supplies fine. Then they sent the wrong mask and it later broke. Instead of correcting the situation they got upset with me for mentioning the issues and said I was no longer their client! Mistakes happen, but not claiming responsibility for them is not Ok!

Very bad customer service. The guy upfront doesn’t have any professionalism at all and the other guy in the back has none.They are the marked guys in the attached picture.
