My family and I had such a wonderful experience at the Power Ford dealership in Albuquerque, NM when we purchased our car there last month. The teamwork (from beginning to end) between the different departments was impressive.Adam Traub our salesperson, was such a pleasure to work with and he is very knowledgeable and extremely considerate of his customers. He actively listened to what we wanted, which we were not experiencing elsewhere.Thank you so much to Katie Kline in the service department for connecting us with the sales department and for recommending Adam. Lastly, thank you to Roxy Khan for your great customer service and taking care of our financial needs. She took the time to answer all of our questions and we felt very confident in our purchase. We cannot thank you all enough for the exceptional team effort to make this as smooth as possible and even our young children were made to feel welcome and a part of the purchasing process. We appreciate all of you and highly recommend Power Ford! The Bordeau Family

November 2023 by Taylor Translation Services - Dr. Aaron Taylor
I shared my experience in late July that was less than positive. Terry reached out to me and agreed that it was less than stellar, and he offered me a free "Works" package to make this right. I thanked him and told him I would reach out to him at the next service. I did so today and was told that it was no longer valid as my post had already been up 10 days. Really? Extremely short sighted. Whoever the actual owner is, eventually I will need another vehicle, more services, but I definitely won't stop by.Here's the text I received on the 28th of July:Mr. Taylor, thanks again for doing business with Power Ford. I also wanted to apologize for the way you were handled while you were in our service department, I had seen the negative review and when I viewed the camera's was shocked at how we did not follow the processes we train on daily. Out Technician staff should not have been hanging around the Advisor station, our Advisors and Porters should have greeted you immediately and didn't and having a Vape out is poor taste in front of a customer. Please let me offer you a free "Works Package" service on your next visit and when you come in let me know how the service was compared to yesterday's. We appreciate our customers insight when something does not provide the best customer service and we always act on issues and concerns to better our Dealership. My name is Terry Wayland and I am the Fixed Operations Director and I appreciate you as a customer and we will change. Thanks again and please come see me if you need anything!

Joseph and the entire service department is the absolute best. They totally went beyond good customer service and delivered the best service. All the staff was incredible. The assistant manager was amazing and got us back on the road.We were traveling through and blew a heater hose. They was able to make something happen from their lot and got us a back on the road within six hours. They gave us a loaner car, they treated us like royalty. I would strongly recommend this service department to anybody. They were top-notch .Thank you PowerA shout out to Joseph who lead the charge. Great job Joseph.I don’t remember the assistant managers name, but thank you so much for everything you did

Had a great experience working with Power Ford purchasing a new 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands. Everyone was willing to help and answer any questions. Joseph is a friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Had some problems with paperwork due to software issues (no one's fault, sometimes tech issues happen). Jesse Flores was able to work with me and the software companies software engineers to solve the issue to get all required paperwork done.

When I pulled into the service area I was seen and taken care of right away, by a bright and friendly young woman by the name of Katie. She quickly assessed my vehicles needs (oil change and complimentary inspection), provided me with an immediate appointment and got me going. My vehicle was completely done in about 45 minutes.I was back on the road in no time. Thanks again Power Ford for the quick and reliable service.I would recommend them to anyone.

Went to the dealership on a promotion for fact finding and the price of the car changed about 4-5 times throughout our time there and it was probably about $20,000 more than what was advertised on their site linked to their flyer email. Honestly, would not have made the drive if they hadn't said they were offering more money for trades and willing to make better deals. They only offered the standard deals that you would be eligible for if you walked in on a normal day. They then said the car we test drove wasn't the one from the flyer, even though the young guy who walked us out to the cars looked up and matched the car's serial number (the number they put in the dashboard of the car) with the one on the flyer while we waited for the other sales guy. They then even tried to deny it was their flyer (Ford's flyer vs Power Ford's) and said the car we looked at wasn't in the flyer even though the email came from their dealership and I presented it and even the serial number in it matched the car we drove. Which I tried to bring up, but was interrupted and talked over again. It really felt like they didn't want to make good on what was advertised. Sales manager (I'm not sure if that's his actual title, but older man) was very rude, talking over me, gaslighting me on information I received, etc. Even said, he might not be able to apply the military credit even though that was listed on their site and my husband is a veteran. The guy only talked respectfully to my husband, who would not be the primary driver of the car even though we would both be on the lease or buy contract. The flyer did say the buy option was where the deal was, but even prior to receiving it, I had inquired only about leasing options. We decided to walk away because the payment wasn't within our budget and I couldn't foresee buying in a color that wasn't exactly what I wanted which I tried to explain to the sales manager and was again talked over, not once but three times trying to say that one sentence. We were there for fact finding, and more information as we weren't sure we were going to buy the car we went to see or lease another vehicle we knew was in our budget while we saved for a larger down payment on the car we went to see. When it came to our trade, they really didn't need our trade. Their lot was full and, the sales guy had let it slip earlier that they had got pretty much all the trades they needed, (maybe this was intentional to offer less for our trade) which was in contradiction to the information they gave me when they called to set up the appointment, but what bothered me was the way he talked about our car. When we first moved to the state, our car was the victim of some vandalism, that was fully taken care of by USAA to the point of if you weren't looking at the car facts or vin information, you would never know. He then proceeded to talk about some minor door dings and the vandalism my husband told him about. When we got home, I swept some road dust off my hood, that I supposed could have been mistaken for something more serious as it was dark out when we visited the dealer. When we mentioned we would probably go with another make and model, he said they would make the same deal. (Negative equity offer on our trade) I said, it isn't like we tried to hide it, and I know you can see that information on car facts. I just don't understand the motivation to try and argue with me. Otherwise our car is 3.5 years old with less than 30,000 miles on it. I've researched what our options are if we upgraded our current make and model. Maybe it had been a long day for us and the sales people, but when I am ready to buy a car, it will be at a dealer that is in the business of selling cars and has a vested interest in getting us the best deal. Not just telling us about how cool they are (maybe that was designed to make us feel like we were missing out) and not trying to wring out every cent they can. They did ask us if we wanted to look at the base model, but th

We bought a low mileage 2022 Ford Escape at Power Ford. Our salesperson Laurie was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. And not pushy. The finance person who helped us made the process as short as possible. I especially liked that the sales associate was not pushy but answered our questions thoroughly. They took time to explain the warranty and extended warranty thoroughly. It was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend Power Ford. It was a great experience.

All because of a prideful manager in the sales department, a $60,000.00 dollar deal went out the door due to document fee of $500.00. The worst part for Power Ford on the negative reinforcement of one prideful sales manager, an approved customer walked out of the showroom and the sale was lost because the customer knew his checkered coat, big tie car salesman approach. My message to any would be customers looking to purchase your next vehicle, stay away from the shoddy car salesman hiding behind the mirrored glass office and Power Ford. Also, be knowledgeable and learn to be shrewd when dealing with a used car salesman. I take it he thought I was just another ignorant "customer."I give this dealership, Power Ford of Albuquerque, New Mexico a two star rating, and I wasn't even in there for a Ford vehicle of all things. A shout out to the young man who attempted to work things out. Kudos to him.

I purchased 2 new tires for my Escape in June of 2023. When I picked up the car, I noticed right away that the car wasn't driving right. I turned around right before I got on the interstate and drove back to Power Ford. When I parked, I found that one tire was attached with a single hand-tightened lug nut. The rest of the lug nuts had fallen off during my short drive. If I hadn't turned around when I did, the tire would have fallen off while I was merging onto I25.

Was visiting from Phoenix Arizona when my service engine light on my 2015 Edge came on. Took to Power Ford and service advisor Darren Fransisco helped me out. I explained my situation to him and he said he would do all he could for me. He had my vehicle ready later the same day. I can not say thank you enough the service, professionalism, quick turnaround and help from Darren.

Ordered a battery terminal cover for my van. The part I received was not what I ordered. Not only did they send the incorrect part, but the package was shipped open with written on the package "THIS PACKAGE CANNOT BE RETURNED IF OPENED." I received the package already opened. A lesson learned for me and to as many people, starting with the maintenance shop I work with and all of the locations throughout the state. I will never do business with Power Ford again. If business is this bad where you have to send an incorrect part and then to sent the incorrect part with the package already open, tells me the means you will go through to get money. Thanks for the heads up, I will spread the word about my experience with this fraudulent business.

$30,000 markup for a ford ranger? Lick my brown crack. sales meetings must involve smoking crack. I'm done with Ford. I went across the street (I'm not the only one this week) and bought a $75,000 MDX. Keep up the good work, between scumbag dealers, waning quality, warranty claims and recalls, Ford should soon be gone.

In my recent experiences, finding excellent customer service is rare. Luckily, that IS NOT a concern at the Power Ford Service Department. Katie has been my service advisor for years, and to say she is phenomenal would be an understatement. She always goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the quality of service is always excellent - I have never had an issue that warranted returning after having my vehicle serviced. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work Katie + the rest of the Service Department!

I bought a NEW fresh off the truck, 2021 Ranger from Power Ford in November of 2021. The entire process has been a nightmare and still is dealing with PowerFord. - 1. When I drove my Truck home directly from the dealers, I arrived at home to notice a dent in the rear fender, I can only assume they dented it when they took it to detail after I purchased it. Power ford fixed it when I showed them. 2. After signing the paper work and taking the truck home three days later I was told that the bank rejected the loan and I would need to finance at a much higher rate. To make it up to me Power ford offered me a spray on liner. 3. When I picked up my Truck there was Rhino lining spray on the rear fender and the top of the cab!! They removed the lining from the fender, at the expense of the paint job and they never removed the spray from the roof of the cab. In fact I can show you, if you want to reach out. Despite all this I still left a 5 star review because they fish, and beg and offer incentives for 5 star reviews, so it had been submitted before the problems actually occurred. 4. I took my Ranger in for an oil change, and they OVERFILLED my oil. I have a gravel driveway and did not notice for a few days until I noticed a giant puddle in a parking space I pulled out of. When I took my truck back after the service, the tech told me that they'd tightened the oil filter and topped it off!!! What!? according to the dip stick it was already about 2 quarts overfull! I said they needed to drain, replace filter and add new oil. They did it, but they got upset with me and told me that my low review had really hurt the tech. Basically, they chastised me like a child. I said, What about my engine that you tried to ruin by putting too much oil? to which her response was that I should always wipe the dipstick before checking oil level. Implying that I was wrong about the oil being overfilled despite the pictures I took of the dip-stick (after wiping and rechecking) and the huge puddles I was leaving everywhere I parked! Just wow! 5. Last and most recent, I called to get a little plastic piece for my ignition plate and the told me that I would need to schedule 3 weeks out before I could be seen. That all customers were treated equally for the sake of fairness regardless of the complaint or repair needing to be done. Power Ford doesn't give 2 shakes about their customers AFTER the vehicle is purchased. I am so sad as I bought from Bob Turner Ford (power ford's parent company) in 1999 and had only praises to sing. Unfortunately, Power Ford Sucks! There is no nice way to put it. Please consider buying from another Ford Dealer in the State.
