Buyer beware, they have exorbitant "convenience" fees. I took 3 large envelopes (going to Texas) and 4 boxes (going to CA, KS, WA, ID), all shipped ground, all prepackaged and pre- addressed, just needed postage added. Cost me $150 and that was with 10% discount. I went home and looked up rates on-line and could have saved about$50 if I'd gone to the post office and UPS myself....which I will do next time.

Mark went way over and above for me. I had accidently discarded all my mail in the morning. I was on my cell phone and thought I had deleted one item. In the afternoon I went to see my mail and it was all gone. I panicked for a moment and then called Postnet NM in Albuquerque. Mark was put on the phone and I told him my dilemma. He said he would do his best to find it amongst all the other discarded mail. He said to check my mailbox later because he would repost any mail he had found. I checked it before I went to bed and it was all there. Mark, you definitely went to extra mile. Your extra effort saved my butt. And this was near the end of his workday. Excellent customer service and one kind human being!!

Chloe was the amazing staff person that helped me with my order and design. It was quick and easy and I got beautiful cards within three days. I’m already excited about upgrading to a suede coating and uv next time. This is now my one stop for all my printing needs. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst experience!!! Do not do business here!Had an IMPORTANT time sensitive document that needed to be shipped out internationally. I was told they would ship it the quickest possible way. 2 weeks later, it was still in the US!They blamed me and the shipping service for picking that shipping service, when I was never given a choice. When I called USPS, they told me it was the slowest shipping service picked, and I was over charged by nearly $100. They also said they over charged the weight. I had 1 important piece of paper, and they weighed it as 1 pound.Do not trust this service. They may have overcharged me by $100, but they also cost us thousands of dollars because of international flight reschedules. It was imperative this document needed to be delivered quickly, and it was delayed by greed.Do not trust this business. They are fraud!

Wow, I walk in and the guy goes can I help you, I tell him I just need to send something out and then he proceeds to stand up and goes into the restroom leaves me just standing there I am d*** founded by his behavior. I don’t understand. When I asked if everything was ok the man was ready to get into a verbal confrontation with me. I am currently 9 months pregnant!!!Edit* Responding to the reply I got which by the way makes no sense, how does being short staffed affect how I am greeted and serviced when I was the only customer in the building?? Clearly you want to use “being short staffed” as an excuse for anything.I was treated like as if I was a stranger entering someone’s home. Needless to say I won’t be going back there I borderline felt unsafe, considering the confrontation this guy was ready to engage in, meanwhile I am 9 months pregnant!

Employee are rude and petty. I think they feel they are doing people a favor even though they are WAY overpriced. This is not a neighborhood friendly store. It used to be when Jonsey was in charge.

This is my favorite print shop in town! The staff are courteous, accommodating, and speedy. You can submit files to be printed through their website and they will help if it needs different formatting. Quality is excellent and customer service is outstanding.

I've had a collection of the weirdest, most inconvenient experiences at this location over the past year - including one very concerning one, which I will detail last (#6).1. I've been told three separate times over the past year to return later because certain staff aren't available or their computers were not working.2. When I signed up for a mailbox service, they had to redo the forms twice and then edit it because they didn't give me the correct box information, and it took two staff members to figure it out - they seem to have difficulty wading through their computers and forms there.3. Multiple phone calls during office hours were not answered so their call-in mail service is not worth it.4. When wanting to ship an international package, I had to explain to two employees how to put in the address correctly because they didn't know how - and then they submitted the incorrect mailing information anyway so I took it to USPS to have it done faster and cheaper with no issue whatsoever.5. While the staff are helping you, they often pause to have conversations with their coworkers, which just adds to the wait times.6. I'm still concerned and confused about this one honestly...I rented a mailbox for 6 months and on the contract it said this expiration for this box was in September. When I went there to cancel my box, I was first told to come back another day because an employee who knew about the boxes wasn't in that day. The second time, the same employee told me that they didn't even have me on the registered mailbox list, and that it must have cancelled automatically...BUT.MY KEY STILL WORKED IN MY BOX.They didn't change the locks? Or did it really cancel?No one contacted me about my box contract expiration or renewal.I could have kept the key? Do they change the locks? What if they had rented that box to someone else and I still had access to it? I don't know how that process works because, again, "the person who knows about the mailboxes isn't here today".Luckily I TURNED IN THAT KEY because I honestly do not want to do business there again.
