9132 4th St NW, Albuquerque“I will go out of my way to bring my office mail to this post office rather than the Uptown Office! I spent an hour today with Greg while he worked away on my 30 certified/return receipt mailings and learned so much about him and his family as he talked to me while working. Not only did I get to know him, but I met Mikey (I believe that was his name), who has helped me before. I got to witness Greg greet other customers that have returned to do mailings that he also knows by name and the same with Mikey. These two gentleman are the reason I return because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND their duties as postal workers. They treat every person that walks in that building as if they were friends they have known all their life! Mr. Greg, it was a pleasure talking to you today sir. Thank you for your kindness and hard work! And you too Mikey! See you next time!”
10AM - 3PM
40 First Plaza Ctr NW Ste 240, Albuquerque“The times I've gone in the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Today was no exception. Some people complain about the hours and that they're not open on the weekend. This is really a location meant for those who work in Downtown. In other words, the hours aren't an issue because one can easily go during their break or lunch, and it's an easy walk from most places. The main office is on Broadway, which is about a five minute drive if you must conduct your business outside of this location's hours.”
9AM - 5:30PM
2505 Graceland Dr NE, Albuquerque“I love this location. I had to pickup mail here for six months while waiting for a mailbox key (not USPS’ fault it took so long). The staff are very friendly and helpful here even when it’s peak traffic. More often than not I leave with a smile on my face. Thanks for all you do!”

11AM - 4PM
303 Romero St NW Ste 108, Albuquerque“10/28/2021 hidded in a quaint eclectic area know as OLD TOWN you can barely see the sign for USPS. FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.”
“The line was short, clerk was efficient, courteous and helpful.I Recommend this location...Oops! Sorry, I forgot to list the location. (my bad, if I list my favorite USPS location they will be deluged with people in a hurry and all the characteristics that make them my favorite will be lost!Let's just say there are still good locations staffed with good people! Just be patient and kind and you'll find a great location too!”
“Our mail carrier on Washington Street NE (between Central and Lomas) is always on time, always delivers mail that is addressed to my family (not people that I do not know). My husband and I appreciate his great service!”
3 - 5PM 10AM - 2PM
10701 Coors Blvd Nw Ste 19a, Albuquerque“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”

201 5th St SW, Albuquerque“I went around 1130am. No wait. The security check was painless. They were all very friendly and helpful. At the post office inside, no wait. The woman at the desk was super pleasant and helped me right away. Lunch time is posted on the door.”
11AM - 5PM
640 Coors Blvd NW Ste 19, Albuquerque“I love the convenience of this location and the people who work here have been very pleasant to me. They have a small staff so it should not come as a surprise that they're occasionally closed if an employee calls in sick or has an emergency. I also like this shopping mall that it's part of.”
3 - 5PM 10:30AM - 2PM
1400 1st St SE, Albuquerque“The reviews by Eddie a year ago sum up my opinions. Not the best post office but they get the job done. Lines tend to be short. Only serious problems is the weird hours.”
1:30 - 4PM 10AM - 1PM
2016 Central Ave SW, Albuquerque“I FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED FOR ALL MIS DELIVERIES ON PIRU BLVD...THAT WEEK, THERE WAS A SUBSTITUTE THE WEEK OF ALL THE TROUBLE.This is about the mail carrier on Piru Blvd, SE 87123, not the clerks at this office who have always done a good job. I am constantly missing Packages, in less that 5 days 3 PACKAGES were brought to me by my honest neighbors. Our carrier (whoever it is) is constantly putting our packages into other peoples boxes. This includes also our letters & bills. I have complained about this off the online forms before...Its hard to believe this continues on & on...this increases everyone's chances for identity theft & its almost useless to even have a mailbox on this street. I don't understand why USPS doesn't seem to care about this...what is the hiring process for these carriers, also they get PAID for constantly being so careless? I don't understand this...In the e mtns we never had this problem with the USPS carriers.”
9AM - 4PM
110 Montaño Rd NW, Albuquerque“Our mail gets delivered through this location and sometimes mail gets returned to sender without attempted delivery… not sure why. However, the clerk working at the annex location went above and beyond to check on the status of an important package that was undelivered by the carrier, and was able to locate it in the back before it got returned to the sender. Thank you for your great customer service!”
“I had an excellent experience here. There were multiple people who helped me. I sadly didn't get their names, one lady works the front counter and a couple people who were working in the back. I had difficulty with getting a package delivered since I recently moved. The lady who worked the front counter made sure that my package got grabbed and placed to be picked up in store rather than sent back to where I ordered it, so I didn't have to wait another week or so to reorder the item. Because of this the package got misplaced in the back and they assured me they'd call me when they found it. Instead of calling for me to come drive there to get it, they went out of their way and delivered it to my door. This meant so much for me since the item was to celebrate the life of my grandpa who just passed.Above and beyond service. I'm very grateful.”
8AM - 5:30PM
1135 Broadway Blvd NE, Albuquerque“once you get your appointment made on line which isn’t the easiest thing. make sure you hit submit and get a confirmation email.the gentle man that helped me was so kind and helpful. seemingly patience. i’m sure dealing with this can get old but as i watched him interact with other it was refreshing to see this kind of service and concern for all helped. this world is about jumping through hoops and Getting a passport is no exception for sure but this part was a delight.”
“I have been on a six-month trip around the US and have been sending souvenirs and other things I don't want to lug around home by mail pretty frequently. Of all the USPS locations across multiple states I have made international shipments from, Kevin at this location provided the most competent and efficient service by far.”
8AM - 5PM
4600 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque“Walked straight up to the counter! A very nice lady from the Dominican Republic was amazing! She did everything we needed and more!!Depends on the time you go whether their location is busy or not.”
9AM - 5PM
6255 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque“First time here. GPS put me at wrong entrance after convoluted drive. Postal employee working in truck gave me directions and was very pleasant. Like many places this time of year busy with not enough help. Had a bit of a wait, but had friendly encounter with employee and was on my way.”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
111 Alvarado Dr SE, Albuquerque“I’m surprised by the low ratings here, as I use this post office frequently and am always impressed with how speedy, efficient, helpful and friendly all the staff is — even at Christmastime it’s a breeze in there. At least you have my love, Alvarado USPS!”
“I usually have bad luck at USPS whether is lost packages, bad customer service or long lines.Today however it was different. Long story short I went to the location on Broadway and I encountered a rude unprofessional woman. I went back and spoke with a compassionate gentleman. He told me to visit this location for a potential lost package. I spoke with Sharell and she helped retrieved my package. Thank you so much.”
“Rick is outstanding. Was a one off time coming into this location and watching Rick and his rapport with all the regulars, as well as myself, demonstrated true customer service. Will happily come back when in the area!”
