My wedding was coming up in 48 hours and the tuxedo rental place messed up the grooms tux. We were able to buy one last minute but it needed to be pressed. We brought it in and they had it ready to go same day and just In time for the wedding. They saved the day! I can’t express how grateful we are to have been served by them. We will continue to bring all of our business here.

Family Run Local Business. The owner/operator is great. They do great work. It is family run/operated business. They do great work at good prices. Best dry cleaner I have used in town!

They consistently do a great job; and prices are reasonable.

My daughter, had to have a dress cleaned for her Prom at the last minute. Charlie did an amazing job in a very short time and the dress was ready right when needed. Charlie saved me, and my daughter had a fantastic time and looked beautiful. Thank you Charlie!!! He really cares about people and the job he does for them.

Lack of common courtesy!I needed to get a jacket same dry cleaned, for my wife.I called Ladera cleaners and the person answered the phone with "Ladera Cleaners" I ask "who am I speaking to"? I like to get a name and ask how their day is going!The response I received was "who is calling"? I said "Tony who am I speaking to"? Once again I received "Ladera Cleaners". I asked again "who am I speaking to". The same response "Ladera cleaners".At this point I told this unfriendly person, "Look I'm trying to give your establishment some business, if this is how you treat potential customers, I will just call a different cleaners".I called Best Way cleaners at San Antonio and Wyoming. Delilah answered "Best Way cleaners this is Delilah how can I help you?"Long story short, I was able to get Bonnie's jacket cleaned same day!Thank you Delilah and Best Way cleaners for a friendly, pleasant and productive transaction!I would not bother with LaderaCleaners as they obviously do not appreciate potential customers!Anthony "Tony" Garcia(505)

Saturday 25Feb2023. My 2nd time patronizing this business. They Are AWESOME! Recently moved here to ABQ NM and needed some bed comforters dry-cleaned. That was around the time of the 2021 ABQ Balloon Fiesta. Got superior service, even when I called the next day and asked for an earlier finish date than what was quoted. No problem! No drama! Just genuine, professional, honest & SOLID customer service like The Good Old Days! =)This father & son business epitomizes "Team"! I still find it hard to even IMAGINE that those two men process all that work by themselves!The business is not hard to recognize while driving in traffic. It's co-located with a very convenient and well-kept self-service laundry. Parking is appropriate. Prices are reasonable! Turnaround time was quicker than I expected! U Must Try Plaza Ladera Cleaners.My wife and I have NOW found our most favorite Albuquerque (NM) dry cleaning business!I give Plaza Ladera Cleaners' Efficiency, Customer Service and Integrity a straight "5 Stars" rating!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On 1/28/2023 We took 5 Suit sets to get dry cleaned. We were suppose to pick up Tuesday 1/28/2023 but their machines were down. Today 2/2/23 we went to take my husband other 5 suits to get cleaned and pick up the 5 we already dropped off. They only gave us 4 suits. We told them wheres the other suit? They replied you only brought 4 suits. My husband only owns 10 suits total. They basically called us liars. The son of owner cant count apparently, So we walked out losing a suit. They have no intentions of making it right..Suits are expensive. These people lose your cloths and they say ..you didnt give us this ma-am. Im so upset. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CLOTHS DRY CLEANED HEREUPDATE: 2/7/23 We picked up our last 5 suits and was charged 65 and change. When we looked at 1st receipt on 2/2/23 they charged us for 5 suits but only gave us 4. The owner son not only lost our suit, but charged us for 5 sets? Jackets and dress pants. The same price as the 2nd set. NO he did not refund us for the lost suit. We are calling Better Business Bureau..if they dont make this right. FIND OUR SUIT..OR BUY US ANOTHER SUIT>>GIVE US OUR MONEY back for the dry cleaning of a suit you said we didn't bring but you charged us for!!! THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS IS A JOKE!!!!!I WILL NOT REMOVED THIS REVIEW UNTiL OWNER MAKES IT RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charles and his son do great work at this family run business. Always friendly, they know who you are and always follow through with their time windows for pick up. Clothes always come back clean and in good shape after a dry cleaning here. I’ve been using these guys for almost 3 years and have had no issues. Prices are reasonable and competitive!Services: Leather & suede cleaning

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I had them dry clean some ties, and each time I came back for them they weren't done, despite that it had already been a month. Finally, I forgot about them for a few months and when I came back the ties had been thrown away.
