I canceled my membership here and was charged the monthly fee a day later. I've tried to reach out to Planet Fitness 2ce about it now and have been ignored. I had heard Planet Fitness did this a while back but I'm surprised they haven't been involved in a class action lawsuit over it by now

I love this Planet Fitness on the 4th street location. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Justin and Alissa are outstanding addressing a problems, keeping the place spotless and just being friendly. A great place to workout.

There is always room in the machines, and they go at all hours and it is not as crowded as others, good and clean atmosphere, they just don't play good music or turn up the volume...

It's a good place. Friendly staff, clean facility, good quality equipment and for most machines there's like 2 or 3 or 4 of them, located in nice quieter part of town, extensive hours from early morning to late evening.

The staff is friendly, but not intrusive. The bathrooms and gym are clean and the equipment is in good repair.

I use PF while traveling for work and leisure. The men’s showers at this location had 3 stalls. 2 of the 3 were not operational and did not have an “out of order” indication. The 3rd stall was the ADA stall and only has a hose with no shower head. I needed the shower before going directly to work, and this was barely suitable.
