Going through a divorce and bankruptcy isn’t fun. But I’m I. The middle of it. Along with that comes the bad credit. I needed a vehicle to get me back and forth to work since my original vehicle is not working. Came to Pitre and met one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Mo Torres not only helped me, but he got me in to a vehicle that I wanted and didn’t push me towards something I didn’t because of my credit. I highly recommend Pitre for any hardships that may come your way.

I took my car in to have a transmission shift assembly replaced as my car was not registering that it was in park and would prevent me from turning it off.
When I spoke to the service department when making the appointment, I felt I was misled on the actual cost of this replacement. They assured me that this is a common problem they see and that the part itself usually costs around $250, but that this would likely be covered under my drive train warranty. After dropping my car off, I got a call later that day that my warranty would not cover this work and that I would owe $1100. I was in shock over the price but needed it fixed, so I told them to go ahead with the repairs. When paying, I asked how much the part itself cost, and they said $179 and the rest of the price was all labor. It's hard not to feel absolutely gouged by their costs of labor for such a "common problem."
When I picked up my car, I noticed that the charging mat in my center console had a noticeable gap that was not there before. I could easily lift up the mat and even pull it completely off when I could never do this before taking it in. When I brought it back in, they took my car for 15 mins then told me it was ready. The service guy did not show me the repairs instead he told me my car was parked further down the lot and handed me my keys. He told me that the mat is supposed to be like that in case you spill something and that they pushed it down as best they could. When I got in my car, it was as if they had not done anything as it looked exactly the same and was loose with a gap.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay $1100 and receive your car back with new problems it did not have before. The cost of my initial problem was shocking as is, however I felt my complaints about my charging mat problem were quickly dismissed. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received here, and will likely not be back due to the additional problem my car now has after being serviced here.

Kevin and Sean were amazing and helped my wife and I get the vehicle she wanted most. The customer service was amazing and made it so easy as well as making it a fun experience. Top of the line business that was very informative and professional and trustworthy. This is definitely a business to go to and would highly recommend.

My sales experience was great and thought I had found a dealership I could trust. The maintenance side of things not so great. Lucas Garcia couldn't find my car I had dropped off using the key drop box. Then he was unable to correctly write down the issues I needed servicing. When I got my truck back the only thing they did was an oil change and tire rotation. I got my truck back with all my tires overfill with air making my truck handle so poor I thought they didn't tighten my lug nuts. I've also had three different people look at my rear window because there is a defect and none of them passed the information along until I called management to let them know of my issues then he finally said something about it. I was calling management to inform him of the poor service I have been receiving. It shouldn't take me calling management to get a simple warranty repair done. It still isn't done and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I want to continue having work preformed from the same dealer I got my truck from brand new

They were very friendly and super helpful! They really went above and beyond! My family now has a good reliable vehicle and that's because they weren't going to let us walk away empty handed. They worked for hours to find us a great deal and help us get into a situation that benefits us!!

Was in need of a new vehicle. With a busy schedule and a new baby, staying all day at a dealership is one thing i wanted to avoid. Thanks to Frannie, I was able too!! Picked out the car I wanted, and she handled the rest. Answered any question I had promptly, got all the paperwork ready, all I had to do was sign. It was so fast and convenient. I'm giving Pitre Buick a 5 star for customer service alone to the salesman (Monte) experience. I went in to see this one car I was interested in for my relative. They were willing to work with a remote buy as myself present to cosign. Which would've made the buy super easy. They were quick to give me the numbers for an OTD price. Unfortunately, my family member decided to buy from their local dealership. When the time comes to buying a car for myself I will look for what pitre has available, and request Monte. As I believe I was treated well.

Frannie was very efficient from the time we ordered our car to picking up our car. We came from Las Cruces and could only come pickup on certain days…frannie even came in on her day off to make sure it all got done ok. Monte was great about explaining the features of our car. I really appreciated being able to talk with Frannie about some of the details of the transaction. She was very responsive. One thing that impressed me was the length of time people has worked at the dealership…we were not dealing with newbies and it showed.

We had a great experience buying our SUV. We are pregnant and decided we needed an XL SUV for our family car.
We came to Pitre without an appointment to just browse and see what's out there nowadays. As we arrived, we were greeted by Mark and told him what we were looking for. He showed us all the options and the differences between each SUV. We test drove and found the XL SUV that will be best for our family. Start to finish, took about 2 hours and we left with a 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4.
Every staff member we interacted with were very polite, informative, friendly and pleasant to work with.

Our salesman was MoTorres at Pitre Buick on the west side and he was absolutely fantastic. Our service has been A solid 10! We are having an issue with the vehicle itself, but he has taken care of us and has not ignored us, lied to us, or given us the runaround! ! hes Working on fixing the issue and put us in another car without Hesitation!!! The service we experienced. Want to thank the sales people, Mo Torres and Anthony for all their help in purchasing a vehicle. Our timed spent at the dealership was less than 3 hrs.
