This gas station may be great for the locals, but it is not good as a travel stop for a family. Armed security at the front door, stressed clerks, dirty toilets behind locked doors, and no change table for the baby. Not recommended for traveling families

I'm glad that this place gets good reviews, but this has not been my experience. My experience is only with the Phillips 66 branded gas pumps and not with the convenience store itself. it's on my way to work. When there is not a pump open at Maverik, and if I'm running on "E" I'll swing in to this place to get a few gallons. I do not full my gas tank all the way up here, but I have filled it up halfway on occasion and after I have done so, it takes maybe two days of driving a total of 20 miles to watch the needle fall quickly. Case in point, I stopped this morning, put in $20, that was almost a half tank. I have driven about 10 miles today and I've already lost a 1/4 tank. I think the pumps are fixed. I also believe that the premium gas is not premium gasoline. My car is in great shape, no leaks to my gas tank or engine. Finally, and I've been meaning to write about this experience for the past 4 or 5 months and keeping forgetting to do so. Last fall (2023), i popped in, again, because either all the pumps were full or out of commission at Maverik. I'm pumping my gas and I became aware that the handle on the spigot was leaking onto my hand and then onto my jacket. I had to turn around, go back to my house to take off my gasoline soaked hoodie and shirt. Then I called the store to report that the handle at whatever pump I was on was leaking gasoline. Well, the woman that I spoke to offered no apology or showed any concern that a customer had had this experience. Unfortunately, i could not remember the pump #, but it was in the middle of all of the pumps and this is what i kept telling her and I said that if she (or another employee) were to walk to the pumps to look at each nozzle, they'd be able to figure it out really quickly. If she was the only employee there (which I highly doubt) I'd understand if she couldn't go out there, but this was at 10 am. Long story short, no apology from her and horrible customer service.

This place is a fraud! It has Circle K branded, but they do not accept Circle K rewards!. I recommend Murphy's or Mavericks across the street from this place!.
