I’ve taken my dog to the salon several times (almost every month over a year) for basic nail trims and grinding. He is 30lbs and 14 years old, with arthritis.This time, they didn’t have me sign a waiver and dragged him back while I was calling after them “he’s anxious, has a heart murmur and arthritis in his ankles and feet. PLEASE BE CAREFUL”. The lady exclaimed “I know! I’ve seen you before!”I was peaking at them the best I could and everything in my body wanted to walk back there and grab my dog. I saw the way they were rough with his feet and were doing nothing to calm him. Minutes later, they brought him out with the lady saying “we did the best we could. He was moving a lot”.I looked at his toes and he has several that don’t even look trimmed. They charged me full price, for a nail trim and grind when it doesn’t even look done all the way. My dog is not aggressive at all, anxious, yes- arthritis- yes. I can tell by the way he walks after getting his nails trimmed if they were gentle with him or not. They definitely were not. They seemed in a hurry. A lady recommended Jack Rascals to me. We’re going to try there next time.Ridiculous. I wish salons didn’t get a bad rep but unnecessary stuff like this happens and causes harm to the dogs.

A grooming place, I love. I find everything, I need for my schnauzer. The staff, always greet you. I LOVE ❤️ PETS MARRIED.

Do not attend the dog training here!Learn from our mistakes!Kala the trainer was the worst! She was so mean to our puppy (she would call it names and she would attend all other dogs and not ours).The training also consisted of listening to her talk about things other than dog training for the majority of the time.Our puppy regressed coming here!We have since met and began working with another and very affordable dog trainer at k9CreationsNM and have seen amazing amazing results!

My dog always get so excited when we come to PetSmart but sadly there's been a few times where we've had to leave empty handed because they're out of stock of everything we went for. But so far this PetSmart always has everything we need and never lets us down ?

This is by far the cleanest most organized PetSmart in the city. The staff is very attentive and the aquarium section is pristine. It really feels and looks like they care in this location.

Had to put 5 stars because my 1star reviews keep getting taken down. this is the most discriminating store I have ever been to. Unlike the workers at this store I actually work at my job so my clothes was a little dusty but the disrespect I got from these people was beyond anything I've ever experienced as soon as I walk in the worker literally stops what he is doing and cuts in front of me making me stop to ask me if I needed help I told him no and walked around him because he didn't move I got one bag of dog food and was looking for a certain treat my dogs like and while I'm looking two different working start doing something in sight and the the guy who cut starts making announcements on the inter com first one he said "security to the front register" next one he said "APD to the front register" by now I'm already in the front going to a register and now he starts talking loudly to lady worker " yes they are on the way" and she says "10 minutes" and he says "oh no sooner then that a couple at most" and then they both look at me for a reaction I just pushed my basket to the side and left they could have their little charade all they want but they are not gonna get my money

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at this pet store. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the prices were reasonable, and the selection was great.

The guy at the counter was rude for no reason (the one with the blue/ green eyes), asked him a question and was met with hella attitude and was treated like we were stupid when he himself had the wrong information (he said all condescending that "nooo we can't give milk to a five week old kitten or it's hair will fall off" tf?) (he said his "sister" told him that and idk who made her an expert on kittens but okay), he then called over 2 other workers one of which was actually informed and helped us out. I personally will never be back if i'm going to be treated like i'm stupid over something that isn't common knowledge by some guy who smiles like an asshole when telling customers the wrong information and scoffs when they ask questions. I don't know who trained these guys on their customer service but whoever it was needs to be fired immediately.

Kinda heart broken with you guys. I been taking my dog here to get groomed for years with the same person. I called to ask for the other profile to be removed because the dog passed. No compassion . Not a I’m sorry to hear that or an apology. Nothing. They said Basically I removed it but if that doesn’t work call corporate. End of call. I tip for all my grooms and when my groomer has cancelled my appointments because she has been sick I always say oh no problem I’m sorry. Hope you feel better soon. Then to get not even a I’m sorry or anything. Wow. Heartless and since I’m just a number. Time to find someone new.

Went to the aquarium area and saw 2 lonely neon tetras that I felt bad for, so I wanted to buy them. No employee was around the area, so I pushed a button for assistance. Lady by the name of “Glenda” showed up frustrated and asked me if I wanted fish. I showed her which ones I wanted she asked what size of fish tank I had. She refused to sell me the fish because my fish tank was too small and said that my fish tank would get really dirty. When I went to buy my items at the register, one of the workers there asked Glenda if she was okay and she responded “I already told you I’m fine”. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but her attitude wasn’t the best.

I called and asked for some medication for my puppy, the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and had everything I needed when I went to pick it up. Even though it was late at night. I am very appreciative of all his help.

Sold us a 5 gallon tank with a guppy and a molly. One little guy passed away and left the other alone. They wouldn't sell us more without trying to upsell us on a larger tank. Then gave us a condescending lecture about fish tank sizes instead of helpfully educating us. Left feeling both stupid and guilty. Horrible customer service.

I enjoy PetsMart for certain things. They are always doing their best job I believe. They just are honestly expensive compared to buying online so I prefer to do that and they also don’t ever have the filters I need so I just end up online again. They have a good selection of fish though. I know they try their best I used to work for PetsMart in the met section and I think they do a good job for a big company. Better than petco. But at the end of the day it’s like what do you prefer?

Went in for an exchange. It was extremely busy. There was a rush of people. Glenda went out of our way even though we had complex issues due to an online order we made. She helped us find the right cat food all while answering calls and helping customers. Thank you Glenda and the other lady at the front who were very nice even when busy. Plus this is our go to for food, toys and clothes. They have adoptions too!
