I have been coming to store 119 in Albuquerque, NM for several years now. Today, especially Ed Barr the Sales manager, helped me and he was fantastic. I really appreciated all his knowledge and help. Very very excellent guy!!! And the person who installed the tires was excellent also!!!! I needed four new tires, I went early and the wait was minimal. I very much appreciate this store location for all my years of service!!! Thank you Ed Barr!!!!

Very uninterested and unfriendly manager (or acting like one...). Took my car for tire balance. Without even looking at who he was talking to, he said NO. Instead, I said that I might have an account there, reluctantly asked for the account phone number, said it was not on record, and wanted to charge me $50 for a balance! I bought my tires from them within a year! This is only a symptoms of management issues!.Will not go there again.

I had to click on s star in order to give a review. Worst place yo purchase tires. Bought new rims & tires there, when I went to get a tire repaired, dropped my truck off & several hours later went to pick up my truck. Was still sitting in the same place I had left it. These fools hadn't even youched it. Since that day I've gone to discount tires. Peerless tires at this location SUCKS!!!!

The manager at Peerless Tires is great to work with. I took my flat tire in several days ago for repair. I left the tire to be repaired and it was quickly repaired on that day. When I picked it up he and his staff put the fixed tire back on to the vehicle , replacing the spare. The staff is customer orientated, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this Peerless on Eubank and Chico in Albuquerque, NM. This company is fortunate to have the caliber of staff they employ.

Had a flat tire that needed repair. Stopped by Peerless Tires at Eubank and Chico. Talked with the manager who was extremely customer service oriented. I left my tire for repair. When I got back they had it ready and put it back on my vehicle. I've dealt with other tire stores and they've never been as attentive as the professionals at this store. Next time I need to replace my tires I will go to this store to do so. They have an excellent selection of high end tires and the staff is great!

Gave me the most amazing deal on just a standard set of 4 tires. None of the big brands could beat this price! Their customer service was delightful. Will definitely go to them again.

I went to have a nail removed from my tire and fixed but they didn’t have to fix it because the nail didn’t penetrate my tire. So asked what I owed and he said nothing but to give the guy a $10.00 tip for taking off my tire and removing the nail that didn’t even make a hole.
