My first time at Ron's. I was a walk in and they treated my car and myself with concern for my car and respect for my special needs in having my car done on time...awesome job guys. Highly recommended in my book?

do not use this service station if you can help it. they care zero about service and i am not hard to please. my experience there was remarkably unpleasant. drove car to the back to get a tire plugged and was told no plugs and to come back in the morning which i did, i drove back this morning a young kid was sitting on his ass playing on his phone i got out of the car and watched as he continued to play swipe left on grinder or what ever the hell he was doing and waited for the words " may i help you? " or perhaps good morning sir" or maybe " what can i do for you?" to formulate in his brain which never materialized so i finally said good morning i need this nail pulled out of right front tire and plugged. response was we can't do it. i said "oh i was told to come back and get it done this morning". he said "we don't have any plugs." i said "well why don't you drive 5 minutes up the road and get some at the parts store?" or better yet i said "i will go get them for you" . i do not have an air compressor otherwise i would just pull the nail and plug it myself. he said we can't do that. at this point i am astounded that a service station that plugs tires can't figure out how to get some plugs for tires in the city. i called the owner and he told me the same thing, " i don't have plugs." he then proceeded to tell me he only uses a certain type of nylon plug and he is waiting on back order which is the dumbest fucking thing i have ever heard as if he offers some kind of guarantee with the magic plugs that come from a magical place where they are on back order. give me a break, you can't get them at any parts store in town. anyways i drove to a mexican tire shoppe on 4th street and was warmly greeted and helped by the owner who pulled the screw out of the tire and he then told me that it had not pierced the tire and no air was leaking he tried to give me my $20.00 back which i refused and handed him another $20.00 for being a decent person who cares about providing customer service and being helpful. so dear readers use literally any other tire shopp in town especially look for ones that have llantas spray painted on the building , they are interested in earning your business!! paradise chevron is not a "service" station it's a circle k with terrible service and gas.

Gas prices are going down around the city except for this gas station. This gas station continues to be the most expensive in the area for gas! The employees are awesome but the owners are greedy! SMH

We have been going to Ron and Joe for over 2 years now. Recently my daughter bought a car that has turned out to be a money pit. Paradise Chevron has replaced the battery and the alternator within the past year. Two days ago my daughter came home from work and her car died after she pulled in the driveway. She called Chevron the next day and they told her to bring It in. The car started on its own but died at a stoplight about 1/2 mile from the garage. We called the shop and told them our predicament. They were going to call a tow truck for us but said It could be up to an hour. Ten minutes later, Ron and Joe pulled up behind us with a portable charger, jumped the car, and drove It to the shop so my daughter didn't have to get stuck again (I was following her in my van). They replaced the alternator, free of charge (under warranty), and didn't bill us for coming to our rescue. These guys always go above and beyond. I don't know if they are the cheapest or not, but they are honest and always go above and beyond in the area of customer service!

Always a pleasure doing business with the auto repair at Chevron. The mechanic is very knowledgeable, friendly and does excellent work! He tells you exactly what the problem is instead of trying to make an extra dollar and selling you services that aren't needed.

My battery died away from home. AAA provided jump and I was asked how I was going to replace it. Said I would do it myself. He advised against it as it was a hard job, since the battery was sort of buried underneath the hood. Took his advice and called the garage. They had the battery in stock, which actually surprised me as my vehicle is a 2014. Brought vehicle in, Joe workked on it as I watched and then understood why the AAA guy earned me about doing it myself. It got replaced, is working and my experience was great.Service: Battery
