We have been using Pacific Office Automation for photocopying/printing needs for several years. We have always found them a nice local company to deal with. Engineers will always come out promptly when called, and for any more technical issues, they speak directly to our IT company. I would be more than happy to recommend their services to any other company in the area.

We recently upgraded our copier, and the new machine was really amazing in terms of speed and functionality. There was a slight delay with the delivery, but customer service informed us before the delivery. Getting their services for our printing needs has brought major improvements in terms of our productivity and efficiency in our office. We are satisfied with the quality of their printing equipment and all the services that come with it.

Our office recently needed printing and copying equipment. I asked a friend about it and she recommended them. It was very obvious that the team knew what they were doing. From the initial consultation to the installation of our new printers, everything went smoothly. Before they left, they made sure that everything was set up and functioning correctly.

Last year when we moved premises to Kenton St. Centennial, we were invited to review their printing hardware. We were pleased that after undertaking a thorough print survey they supplied us with a proposal highlighting where significant savings could be made. We have been satisfied with the service that they provide ever since.

Top notch service! We were shipped the wrong toner cartridge in error and didn't realize until we were out and tried to replace it. We called and within an hour Pacific found us the correct cartridge and since we are short handed due to COVID, they brought it to us. If they had not, our office would have come to a grinding halt. Thank you!!!!

My copier, a Konica Minolta BizHub C35, went on the fritz. Within a day of calling Pacific Office Automation, they sent out Henry Acton. He was professional in tenor and thorough in his methodology to find out what was wrong. He utilized all his resources including calls to his copier buddies and to Konica. Within an hour he got to the bottom of the issue (a loose connection deep within the bowels of the machine), and all it cost was the $ 120 minimum office call charge. Money well spent. I will call POA with all future copier work. Henry Acton, you're the bomb!
