Unfortunately I have numerous poor experiences at the store. I've been gas lit by the employees, they have made fun of me as if I can't hear them, and they've also made fun of my child while we were in the store. I think that's absolutely ridiculous not only is it bad customer service but it's extremely poor morals amongst the employees and I've watched the employees turnover over the past ~2 years. It is almost a consistent problem even if there's new employees. I've had numerous things disappear, and only one situation was resolved and the item was returned to me. I really don't understand by what standard they decide what they're going to trade and what they're not going to trade because I brought things there that are brand new with tags on them still and they won't take it or I'll bring something that is a set and it's unworn brand new but it doesn't have a tag and they won't take it or they'll take like one part of it like that doesn't make sense, why wouldn't you take the whole set it's a whole outfit or a set. That's really confusing. Especially when then I've gone through the store like I've gone through every single rack and I see the selection and I've brought in items that were obviously better quality than what they have on the rack but they tell me that they're not good enough quality. Like I've seen stuff that has rips and stains on it on the rack and it's smart at like $4-$7. That's kind of hypocritical and ridiculous. I've also been told that they won't accept like one part of a swimsuit for example like if you have a mix and match type of swimsuit and you bring it in, they won't take it because they think it's part of a set and they don't accept that. But you can go back to the swimmer section and clearly see that they have mix and match options back there as well. Their actions and their words don't line up and for me that's a huge red flag. I've also gone through the shoes and oftentimes I see shoes marked up really high like between $10-$20~ and the outside might look okay or acceptable but if you feel inside like there's no soul left in the shoe. As someone who's worked in quality control for numerous years I'm very confused at how they operate this trade and on what standard. I've also seen them look at clothes in a trade and say that there are men's clothing when they're definitely not and they'll say that they don't accept men's clothing. That's just confusing because it wasn't men's clothing so I don't know if that's just a lack of knowledge or experience or what. I feel like it happening consistently makes me think that there's something else going on. Especially when I've been harassed in the store before, it makes me feel like my trades are getting discriminated against. I brought in a pair of platforms that were about $50 and I understand like that they're probably going to get resold for about 20 bucks but getting like 25 cents off of them is actually ridiculous and I regret it 100%. They say that they want or only take quality items but I haven't seen that reflected on the racks . I had extremely high hopes for this store because it's women owned and operated but I have been disappointed time and time again and I feel like enough second chances have been given. I'm really not a fan. I'm sorely disappointed in their behavior because I don't approve of women tearing down other women and women tearing down children. And the fact that this has been going on for 2 to 3 years and the employees have changed over that time. And it just keeps happening, the same types of people keep getting hired, tells me that there is an internal company moral issue or moral judgment issue. I would also like to talk about the children's section because I've had to go through it numerous times. I really hate to say this

I have been using other mothers for 15 years and it's been the last 2 that I have been completely disappointed and now after today will never be returning. It seems as though they just give nothing for your trades anymore. I am completely disappointed. Not to mention the employees are not very friendly, non of them ever have a smile and say much of anything. The women that go through the bags are always on their phones or painting their nails. This place has gone down hill and I do not recommend.

Worst place I ever been to in my life!!! it was so ridiculous. I bought a bag and of clothes full of Jordan close Nike close a bunch of stuff then when I got to the line all they had for store credit for me was four dollars pretty ridiculous. I wasted my time there I spent three hours waiting for them to even sort through my clothes and then I only got four dollars for all of it when I could’ve went and had a freaking yard seller something like this was so ridiculous wasted my time everything I am so upset at this place I’m going to keep calling corporate on them and putting bad reviews because the time I spent their my first time was the most ridiculous thing ever!!!!! ?

I've been a handful of times and always find a great selection of baby clothes for such a great price. I love bringing in bags of things my littles have grown out of and trading it in for some store credit. I do feel the store could be organized better, and it can sometimes be quite the treasure hunt trying to find what you need but overall I enjoy this spot!

I have tried to sell stuff a few times here and the previous times I had a good experience but the last two times, I did not feel welcome. Now, I'm second guessing coming back. The selection for kids clothes is great and pricing is good. I just wish there was better customer service.

This is my favorite place to get baby clothes and gear. I love that I can try things out for my daughter without spending as much on new stuff. I also feel better about the environmental impact of my purchases. I like being able to do trade in’s with stuff we are done using too! I think I go in every week now. Most of the staff is really helpful and they are all honest and up front if you have something to trade in! I’m really grateful we have this store in Albuquerque!

Baby stuff goes in and baby stuff goes out. This is a good idea for reusing baby stuff and keeping babies in nice clothing. You must realize most of these babies won't be buying their own clothes until they are 25-35 years old. Also most of these babies are cute but some look like toads. Even toad babies need to be dressed nicely. Some toad babies grow into butterflies. But don't bet on it.

Awkward and sad experience. My coworker referred me to this place and I was glad to donate my things but as soon as you walk in you are NOT welcomed and the people working there just stared at me like a lost puppy. I donated 6 bags of baby clothes with a mixture of some adult clothes along with some toys and kid pillows and not once did anyone ask to help me unload nor thank me for donating after I finished unloading. They were very focused on finding the "higher end clothes" to sell, tossing everything else aside and not paying attention to customers at all. If it wasn't for the donations that people kindly drop off for you all to sell you wouldn't be around. The only GOOD thing I have to say about the place was that the work named "Lacoy"(SP) was the ONLY friendly person in that store and he was a very kind when I had called and spoke to him over the phone. All the ladies working there seemed like they hated their "job" and people. After a customer had asked a legitimate question to one of the girls up front and left, a girl jokingly said " people are f**king weird" to her coworkers while customers were around including me and I just looked at them disappointed and walked out. Hope my daughter's stuff go to some good people and not get scammed by these greedy looking mongrels who don't appreciate donations.

I use to love other mothers but every time I, it's always something. The first few times (3 times) I brought a bag of stuff it was literally 1/3 full of semi used baby clothes, for the same reason previously people had said they had been scammed from here. Well my credit was reasonable for my empty small bags $10-$18. around not even 2 months apart I bring a bag a little fuller about 2/3 of the bag with a lot more new things then semi used thinking since a things has gone wrong it'll be okay! WRONG! for my fuller and new things I got $15. Reason why I started to go to other mothers was because I thought the exchange was nice and convenient would help me as a single mom so much but clearly not. They care to make money for them obviously. No help whatsoever. Not mad but just upset because there all women working in there and the fact they do things like that to literally OTHER MOTHERS is beyond me.

Would give a 0 if it was an option. Terrible system. Took a full trash bag of nice boys and women's clothes and wanted to pick up what they didn't keep. They don't call when they are finished with your clothes and only keep them 3 days and then donate them without telling you.

Horrible. I’m lucky if I get anything for my trade ins anymore and everything is hardly used with no damage. I have been going here for many years but will no longer give my business. Today they refused to take my bag of clothes due to an “oder”. I did a trade in yesterday from the same pile of clothes (it had to be split because only one trash-bag is allowed per day) but no complaints about that bag. I have probably traded in close to 50 bags over the years and not once have I ever been told this. Not to mention the staff is incredibly rude. You’re better off going to target or Walmart and paying nearly the same for something brand new.

They used to be a really good store to donate to and get store credit. They have now become greedy and will give you close to nothing on your donation or nothing. They took a whole donation of nice clothes I would normally get credit for and gave me nothing. I refuse to donate there or shop there any longer.

Very very rude workers. I'm not sure where they get these workers from but probably the worst customer service I came across. This place is very unorganized and some of the things are dirty. Doesn't seem very sanitized I definitely will never come here again

This place is ridiculous I can't believe they are still in business. They are extremely picky on what clothing or items they get from you. If it has a small stain automatically it's not in good condition but then they have broken toys and stained clothing out on the floor. Kinda doesn't make sense to me. They hire the most disrespectful employees and they over charge for things that's aren't even in good condition. I'd rather spend my hard earned money at savers then this ridiculous place. I've talked to other parents and they had the experience. A lot of people aren't happy with this shop. Whoever is running it needs to run it better. Or someone out there needs to open up their own shop with better employees and better everything.
