Small family businesses thrive on community relationships that generates (1) repeat customers and (2) positive word of mouth referrals. For the past three years, Osuna has been my "happy place"; a small respite from a stressful day where employees become acquaintances sharing a common anthophilic bond. But now, I will seek out another plant nursery ‘Happy Place’ with management who prides themselves on positive customer relations over the 'almighty dollar'. I may be only one person, with only a few almighty dollars, but those dollars will be spent elsewhere along with word-of-mouth shopping referrals that will be spread through the far-reaching spiderweb of social media. I tip my hat and bid you adieu, Osuna Nursery.

Rude white ladies. Jesus, not a damn hello from any of them. Also that bigger girl with the messy bun who wears pajamas to work, pick up your feet and quit shuffling on the sales floor.

Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Some are a little price but expected due to the plan size and cost

I had to read the reviews once I saw the lower rating that I wouldn't expect Osuna to have. A lot of people commented on lack of knowledge or employees being distant and not offering help. One thing I know about osuna is that they have the most employees I've seen at a nursery - most just watering! Osuna is so big that people really get into the browsing. I wouldn't ask people for assistance unless they approached me in an environment like that as they probably assume people know what they are there for or are browsing the big selection. Anyway - I have always had informative employees answer questions or connect me with those who had. One employee was so helpful in helping me find the plants I was really looking for as I almost bought the wrong ones! This store is top notch for native plant lovers and knowledge. Their sales are great and their educational classes are immensely helpful. The store is absolutely beautiful with an astonishing collection of anything and everything. The only plant I got here that died was lavender and that was more my rookie gardening skills than anything else. Best store ever! Also, Maya is always helpful and kind. Go osuna !

This nursery is extraordinary. It has everything I need and more. No other nursery has such great fig trees and European plum trees all year. I couldn't find yesterday what I was looking for, grape vines, but it is August and I didn't expect them to have choices (they had one but not what I wanted). Also, the help there is always at a great level.

I would leave a zero if possible, rude people, plants are low quality, high prices. Very rude when trying to exchange plants that don’t ever even bloom. Lowe’s and Jericho both have better quality plants way lower prices and good customer service! Never shop at osuna nursery again so rude!

Had a tree planted spring of 2022. Purchased and planted by Osuna. It died and was replaced no problem. They planted the recommended replacement in December. Said December was ok to plant. Now the second tree died and they won’t replace it or give a credit. They said they changed their policy from 1 year to 90 days. Sorry. I have two other new trees very close to the location of the dead. One 2yr old from Baca and the other 3yr from Jericho. Both of those are fine. Soil, water and mulching the same. So, it had to be bad stock or planted wrong. We’re out $400.00. Thanks Osuna.

I'm a huge proponent of looking around at all of the different nurseries around town for the best options. I find that some have higher prices on one item, and then lower prices on another. I've recently been doing some yard improvements and have found a couple different plants at Osuna are happy and healthy so far. I did have a few ice plants that did not do well, but I am just thinking that might've been some bad luck. I bought a honeysuckle and some other vine-based plants to hopefully take over some fencing. They have a really good selection on certain things, especially I was able to find a number of varieties of honeysuckle that I've never even seen before. The one I ended up going with is a pink lemonade and the flowers that bloomed so far I have been beautiful. This is one of the larger nurseries around town and definitely worth checking out. They also have a large selection of things like trees and indoor plants.

I wanted to know if they had a specific variety of fruit tree in stock or could order one. I called multiple times on multiple days. No one ever answered. I sent an email. No reply to that either. Apparently I will need to go there to ask a yes or no question.
