Great variety of souvenirs that appeal to everyone. We booked a trolly ride that is based here. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Very cute store! They have cute tourist stuff, and it's at a reasonable price. The people behind the counter are nice, and I love talking to them.

Nice gift shop and place to buy souvenirs. A whole lot of new Mexican stuff out there you can pick up for gifting.

Not worth the drive. Cashier could be on walking dead.

Not a bad place to get postcards 3/$1 and tshirts $12 a piece.

They have beautiful nick nacks to remind people of the beautiful people whom they meet here in New Mexico!

Fun gift shop. Lots to look at, reasonable prices. Shops are located around a central town square with park benches and shaded area.Parking is tight. However there is a lot in the back. Everything is close and not spread out too much so walking around is enjoyable. There are gift shops, mingled with small restaurants and it’s just a really lovely old town Square to visit.

Guy at the counter (white, beard, brownish hair and beer belly) was outright hostile. Interactions altered between grunts as answers to questions and death stares. We have dealt with some bigoted a holes in our travels but this guy was a real piece of work. There are a ton of cool shops in the area with warm, friendly owners/workers and better prices. Take the other reviews as a warning and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! The man at the counter was racist and seemed bothered when asked about an item in his store. He didn't even greet us when we walked in, we greeted him instead!I'm not sure if he is just an employee or if he owns the store, but he is definitely in the wrong business and in the wrong place. Tourists from all over the country and the world visit Old Town, and dealing with such a racist person will not make them feel welcome! When other stores in the area have the same exact items, but better customer service, why would anyone want to ship at this place! My advice to the racist rude man who works there: life is too short to have this much hate for others, those people walking through your door are the source of your livelihood...besides losing business, why choose to be such a negative person /experience in people's lives??

Don't bother if you are anything except white. They don't seem to like anyone brown or Muslim or any other minority like that.

Super racist, don't waste your time. I don't want to go into details, but it wasn't pretty.

My fiancee went into the store, and the cashier followed her around and accused her of possibly stealing my debit card. If you're a person of color don't give this company your business. These people are trash.

As noted in other reviews - staff has energy hard to put into words here so just see for yourself. Lots of old, dusty inventory that should’ve been donated long ago and the space repurposed as an eatery or something reflective of what matters in todays world.
