Go anywhere else. This store has been on the decline for years. Management is terrible, rude and the store never has what you need because they don’t do restocks apparently. Shelves stay empty for weeks on end. The service is inconsistent- one day you’ll get someone who knows what they’re doing and the next you’ll get someone who has absolutely know idea what they’re talking about. It truly is a headache if you’ve been a longtime customer.

I went to get something printed and the Native American Lady was very rude saying they are not printing anything today, I have to use the self serve, I don’t know how to use that, she didn’t try to help me and I asked for the manager she helped me , I asked her to please cut the outer white part of the print for me and she said it’s a 24 hour wait!!!! What !!!! Just to cut paper???? Wow these people nowadays are so so so LAZY !!!!!!!! Please corporate do something about this, they are too LAZY OMG !!!! Please fire these lazy people !!!!!!!!!!

Rude employees and has no awareness of customer needing to check out! This is one place that can benefit from self checkout. The human employees have no clue and is rude.

Lazy staff. They have no business. No one behind counter. 24 hours to laminate even though they had nothing pending. Walked out went to staples. 20 minute wait time. Will never return. Useless

Work not done on time even though they were given extra time to complete the task. They simply forgot and then lied about it claiming that it "suddenly" got very busy.

I placed a print order of 6 pages. 5 of which are on cardstock, single-sided, color. Nothing special, it’s kind of ridiculous it takes over three and a half hours, therefore I just canceled the order. I recommend using FedEx Office for printing, they get print jobs done within a timely manner.
