I came to the store to get some transparencies printed yesterday. Service was a bit slow but I got my stuff printed without any problem. I noticed I made some mistakes and needed to reprint them. I came in today and waited over 20 minutes in line to be told that they don't print transparencies. I explained to the associate that I had transparencies printed at this same store yesterday. She told me that they don't print transparencies and that I'd have to bring my own. I don't understand how things changed less than 24 hours later. She was very rude and short and dismissive. Went to a different place where they printed my transparencies without a problem in less than 5 minutes. Terrible service today, good service yesterday.

This is the only 1 star rating I have ever given. And I have literally not even recived my order before , this place and that experience was worse. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had an Office Depot and I can see why the parking lot is completely empty. They took the money told me they had the product within 20 minutes when I got down here not only did they not have the product, but the manager had the audacity to yell at me. I have PTSD I wear a bracelet to let people know I have epilepsy and PTSD, because of a.traumatic brain injury which I told them and I'm leaving here so shaken I'm in tears the manager today August 18, 2023 was a slightly obese, blonde haired 5 foot five lady salute Lee appalling, absolutely appalling when I was nearly begging her to make the purchase and the experience right and when they took my money out of my account and said they wouldn't return it for three days they made it impossible seeing as how I am that budgeted but that $10 literally means I don't want to buy new batteries until they decide to refund me and I only have the word they're doing it. I'm in tears. And please bear yourself the pain and the embarrassment OK I'm coming to a place that tells you it has the product and then when you get there you get actually attacked instead. She kept trying to tell me I wasn't letting her spoon and the sad thing was I wasn't letting her repeat herself for the fourth time and that's what she was upset about sad that it had to do some petting her because I will never come back to another officer bad, because of this one on university Boulevard in AlbuquerqueThe third and kills me. The thing that kills me is that I know store managers have the ability to fix problems that their computer system causes. For instance, telling someone you have something in stock now she had a product that was $10 more. She could've made that right but instead decided to attack me literally physically because Paul called the employee surrounding me , even after telling her I was shaking so hard on me to raise her voice at me at least four times I left there, bawling, crying. I'll be honest it's a very good example of why Albuquerque has become a horrible place to go anywhere because it's supposed to be like that where you go and you're a good customer, why the f leave your house? Unless of course it's to move to move out of this Place.

They charged me for pictures. They said we're ready. I drove 45 minutes trusting the app, and when I got thereI dealt with a monster of a lady there was one somewhat kind Hispanic girl that was younger and obviously intimidated by the older manager as it was obvious to everyone there the manager had something to prove to her self to be that aggressive to a customer . but they didn't fix the fact that they charged me for something, pictur posters that we're not only not ready when they did get ready they weren't pick up- able because I couldn't usethem, cropped wrong and on the wrong stock paper and wrong size . ( they must have someone blind working for them because literally every part of it was wrong ) Bring me back to the fact that they didn't refund the money, it's now been two days. And I should've known better because now I'm reading the reviews and they said this place was infamous for being D*cksMy advice : we should all Read the reviews people because the other staples and Office Depot in Albuquerque are way nicer. ( and I'm just going on aesthetics, not to mention someone you could go a lifetime without having to cross paths wit, is the what I can only imagine is their Igor- related manager, who barked a few times at me how she was a manager like I , or anyone would care lol if anything, it just made me think she was incompetent because she couldn't fix it and she's a manager. Office Depot come on guys :do better And when I say, the other ones areway nicer and they actually have customer service ( I was gonna say betters customer service, and then I realized you had to have customer service to have better lol ) I mean it makes it look like this depot one should be shut down and demoed, I only say that because the employees make it that much worse. If they put robots at the register and made it so you didn't have to deal with incompetent people that lie, maybe you wouldn't have to demo the place, ha!So Office Depot is your if your goal is to steal peoples money and not give them anything in return, this is your shining example of a store because that's what they've done now so the last few people I've seen review this place and they are now done it to me. It's a d**m shame. You put your name on this building Office Depot

Well, I read the horrible review. I saw on here and I thought no it couldn't be that bad.People trust the reviews. I could've save myself a lot of time, and a lot of attitude from people who are either underpaid and resentful of it, or just have lost the ability to care about treating the customer.They must have down right forgot that ..," The Customer is Always Right!" mantra , I have a theory that perhaps they're English as a second language and they just maybe think the phrase is ..., "the Customer is the One You Need to Fight!"It's a funnier way of looking at it than the reality of the situation which is just they have a very cruel and inconsiderate female manager who looks about 50 yes old , 220 pounds in about 5 feet tall and literally gets a kick apparently out of telling everyone she's a manager after she's told them she can't help them. LMAO. Most people are smart enough to know not to tell everyone they're the manager when they're the one who can't fix anything but hey, I'm not holding her IQ against her, merely the language, and the tone she decided to take with a young lady there, and then, shortly after I saw her laughing, which made me lose respect for the store, and altogether, I definitely will be going to Staples. And if you happen to be someone like me who likes to be respected when they go somewhere, I would choose a different store because it look like everyone there was OK with that behavior.*smh*I guess what we take away from this as we try to be better to people in the future. people like that are who you end up with when you treat people like that. And trust me that's not a face I wanna wake up to every day.

Good luck with this mess. The staff is incredibly clueless, wandering around, one of them walked out of the store while helping me, couldn't figure out the tape dispenser, and the store itself is a mess
