I wouldn't take other people's opinions for my own . When I came to this location to change the name on my account, I arrived and the place was a bit busy but it was clean the people are kind and happy , Sabrina was at the front and a woman came in yelling at her but she stayed calm and kind even though the woman didn't deserve her kindness. Then she called me up and asked if she could help me and her window. She's really great. Thank you so much, Sabrina. Don't take other people's words for nothing these days. everyone is so angry and mean for no reason at all sometimes, and we need to support the ones who are still kind and happy ( like Sabrina) to everyone, even the ones that may not deserve it.

So I am a member and my mother who just passed away was a member also. I went with the document to close my mothers account and they won't let me. And said I need to get a lawyer go to probate court. Lol I don't even know if my mom has any money in her account first of all and second a lawyer is anywhere from 200 to 800 and hour. So I asked what happens to the money if I can't claim it they told me the money will go to the state! That's ripping people off if you ask me!

I was looking for credit unions but going through the reviews. I would recommend everyone to look else where. Credit unions should be @ their best for the consumer. Seems this one cant do that.

I came into the Juan Tabo branch for a quick cashiers check situation and found the staff to be very friendly and the service quite fast. I honestly like visiting a smaller location compared to some of the larger ones because it's just less intimidating. You get to run in and out really fast, and overall they seem less busy than some of the other branches that I have gone to. There was a little bit of road construction on Juan Tabo but I was still able to easily get in and out.

So my partner and her grandmother were at this location today to open a business account for our new business. We chose Nusenda because all of us have accounts there, and we also do our best to support local businesses. My partner had forgotten her phone and asked me to bring it, as she needed info from it to complete her application. I arrived with the phone a few minutes after 5pm (she had been there over an hour, it seems it is somehow easier and quicker to open an account online than face to face?) anyway when I came to the locked doors to bring her the phone, Richard the front door guy simply remained seated and shrugged his shoulders. I looked for a number on the door to call to explain my situation, there was none. I tried AGAIN to get Richard to at least get up off his chair so I could tell him I was there to give her the phone so she could open the account, but continued to receive nothing but disinterested shoulder shrugs. I was finally able to get ahold of my grandmother, but when my partner came to the door and I tried to hand her the phone Richard wouldn’t let me, assuming I was trying to get in to do banking? Why didn’t you just ask what we were doing? In fact, why didn’t you get up and come to the door in the first place, I could have handed you the phone and been on my way. Instead your laziness, poor communication and complete indifference made an interaction that could have taken 30 seconds into a frustrating and maddening 10 minutes. I was finally able to give them the phone to give to my partner, but only after being yelled at that I couldn’t come in (yes, Richard did finally get up off his chair). All of this took so long we decided to forgo opening any more accounts with Nusenda and just opened one online with SQUARE instead. Took them just a few minutes. After dealing with such extreme incompetence and indifference, we will be doing all our business from here on out with SQUARE. This Nusenda branch has definitely earned their 2 star google review-and I can’t even remember ever seeing ANY business receive such a low overall rating.

Years of business with Nusenda and I can't get a home loan because I started a business a year ago.The reason is I don't have '2 years of self employment tax returns' even though I have two years of work employment tax returns for it all. What excuses have they used to discriminate against you?

It’s not Nusenda per se, it’s the people they have employed. I’ve encountered racism with the staff, I’ve been judged by the color of my skin and followed around by security. I closed all of my accounts and went to US Eagle, I will not go back to Nusenda until they take action for the racists working for them.

Dealing with nusenda is like getting rolled by THUGS! They make a mistake but you pay for it. Mortgage, banking issues... worst I have ever dealt with. BEWARE!

I have always been very happy with Nusenda until a few months ago when they apparently found a new "genius" to redo their online bill pay. In simplest terms it makes me dizzy to look at this garbage. After all these years I will just go back to making my payments on the payees websites (water, gas electricity, etc). I will have to go to several sites to do this & if they come up with any more "improvements" I will just move my account to another CU. It is noe such a mess that I will probably do it anyway.

This used to be a friendly, efficient organization. Now they are a mess!! The managers need to be trained to manage, Very disappointed! Moving our accounts elsewhere.

This is hands down the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. Their representatives knowledge of policies is seriously lacking in consistency. There was a different issue every time I called in about my father's loan with this company. Every hoop of theirs that I jumped through they would add another. My father had to give me permission multiple times over the phone to be able to get any information for his account even after being told multiple times that they would notate the account so he wouldn't have to give permission on every call. Then I went through the trouble of getting a power of attorney done, which requires a notary, while my father is in the hospital and can't have visitors due to COVID. I can't visit my father but at least a notary can! Once I finally got the POA they told me I then needed to fill out an additional form called "Proof of validity of POA." So I needed to pay to get another document notarized to validate the previous document that was notarized??? My father had no idea his account was past due so they towed his vehicle when in August he missed a payment for the first time that year since he was in the hospital. He made payments January-July. So they have the resources to find out where to tow the vehicle from but not to provide notice of intent to tow? I admit that my father shouldn't have been making payments through BOA bill pay if he wanted to be able to keep track of his payments. However, it is an absolute nightmare to deal with this company. With all the trouble my father just wanted to pay off the loan but then come to find out their system takes up to a month to update the address that the title would be sent to. Great! So, as directed, after a month I call back to get the payoff quote and make another payment over the phone. The first representative, after verifying my father's account and the POA that we went through all the trouble getting, has the audacity to tell me that I can't get any information from the account unless I have my own personal account with them. Is that the only way y'all can get customers now? I talked to more than a dozen people and not a single one said that nonsense. I told him that can't be correct and that I'd like to speak with a supervisor. She told me the same ridiculous "policy." So I got the POA for nothing? She said I couldn't even make a payment without having my own personal account with them. So y'all want your money but limit who and how you'll take it. So I hung up and called back and got a sweet lady who quickly verified the account, informed me of the payoff amount, and verified the address on file that the title would be mailed to. I wish I got her every single time I called in rather than a multitude of people who are following their own separate policies. RUN from this company if you can. If you are stuck with them, I guess the trick is to call back until you get somebody who can actually help you. ZERO stars should be an option.

I was happy with them till today. They royally messed up a sale. I spoke with 3 different people. To pick up title at the branch. 3…. And confirmed with the 2nd twice before i left the branch. They mailed the title, nobody made note on the account, and i cant deliver the trailer. Very upset that 3 different employees dropped the ball. How can 3 different people mess up unless they just don’t care.
