Because of a family situation, we could not be present in New Mexico for the sale of my relative's home. Fortunately, the process was left in the extraordinarily capable hands of Sharolyn Graves. I'm embarrassed to say we left Ms. Graves with many difficult issues. She was forced to deal with the inconvenience of repeated no-show contractors, unexpected essential repairs, securing local labor, getting estimates, fielding offers, and even more issues which were clearly above and beyond her responsibility. Everything was communicated clearly to us every step of the way. If she said she would handle something, I had no doubt it would get done. All this she handled with aplomb, honesty, and grace...and, by the way, without complaint. She never forgets she is dealing not only with property, but with people and is sensitive to their needs. I cannot imagine working with a more consummate professional or a more decent human being.

I loved working with Lisa and NM24K. Lisa was extremely helpful and constantly willing to answer our questions and help me feel like I was the most prepared for both my home purchase and later condo sale. She has become a member of our family and we will continue to hold Sharon in our hearts as family. My dad battled Dementia and Alzheimer's for eight years. Sharon stuck with us through thick and thin showing incredible empathy and understanding. When the market was difficult, she came up with great ideas and outstanding efforts to freshen our listing in Corrales. The help that I got from Barb and Lisa as I sold my home of 32 years, was extremely helpful. Dorothy Cummins assisted me with the sale of land in Edgewood in December of 2022. I honestly cannot think of anything that could have made the process go more smoothly. There are always things that come up, but Dorothy was always there with guidance or solutions. She was super accessible and always pleasant to deal with.
