So disappointing! I went into Nini’s hoping for a little pedicure pampering. The woman I got put my feet in ice cold water, I told her it was too cold. She turned the cold water off and put only hot water in, hurt like hell. Won’t do that again! She cut my nails then started putting nail polish on, I asked about callus removal, filing and lotion, she said “oh, you want the deluxe” so she finished the nail polish then grabbed paraffin wax and lotion. She removed the wax while it was still hot and liquid, threw some lotion on my legs and sent me on my way. $80, 15 minutes and I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Hello everyone I come here pretty often to see someone I love a appreciate but another note I just can't understand why these people are so rude especially the lady in back I got my daughters nails done and she was very rough hurting my daughters hands not watching what she was doing. Just being really rude one day I was getting my nails done and the phone rings and they answer and a customer asked if they where busy and if they have time for a full set And literally no one was in the nail salon literally and I hear from the nail tech that is sitting on the pedicure chair and tells the customer they can't do there nails because they are busy right now my mouth dropped there was four people sitting doing nothing just be careful when you come to this place you never know what your going to receive I hope they can improve there customer service skills and try to understand people in a better way

Really bad place. The nails were ugly, so tick, bumpy, they painted the nails really bad. The lady also cut part of my finger and I was bleeding. She kept using the same nail filer and never throw the filer to the trash, so unsanitary. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed.

Service is good nail quality is nice. However they suddenly closed on Sundays. It was my 3rd visit I went in to get another set and pedi but the man told me to come back another day said they are closed while he was doing someone's nails and had someone waiting in the seating area. So I won't be returning.

I went with my friend and her daughters for a birthday nail treat and it was a terrible experience. We had older nail techs who seemed unhappy and angry during both our services. I had asked for my nail shape to be fixed and she aggressively grabbed my hand and began angrily filing it really fast. I was very uncomfortable. My nails were uneven and the nail art was terribly executed. Hannah was amazing and corrected the nail art and shaping as much as she could. She seems very talented and if you have to go to this shop I would recommend only her. She is also the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I have had my nails on now for only one week and almost everyone is lifting at the bottom. The entire experience was so disappointing and for my nails to cost $70 I would not return or recommend.

I usually like going to Nini’s nail salon, but usually I have to bring my kiddos with me because of the fact that I don’t have a babysitter . I was super upset the last time I went to this nail salon, because my daughter was throwing a fit, and they gave her candy without my permission, and I took it from my daughter and they snatched it out of my hand to give it back to her . I personally don’t like people giving my children anything at at all without my permission, and for them to see that my daughter is giving me a hard time and isn’t listening to me, by them giving her candy they are encouraging her negative behavior, and they rushed me out of the door and I don’t think I can ever go back there you guys are better than that I will not be returning as a loyal customer .

Husband and I went here on vacation. Very clean, welcoming salon. The pedi's were so relaxing and I love my manicure. Pricing was normal. Will visit again

Employees are very rude. do not do good nails at all. Make you feel like a burden. when asked to fix their mistakes, they have an attitude and still don't end up doing a good job on the nails.

1 I do not recommend going here went to go get my nails done at 5:30 , they close at 7 lady who toke my old dip powder off was rushing broke my real nail, not being gentle , not only that but other lady toke over because she knew I was getting upset and hurt.so this lady takes over , after letting her know I don’t want my real nail short she proceeded to make them short , she then made my nail look crooked on the side, didn’t care to fix it , after doing dip and to top it off with coat she put top coat on top of my cuticle and on the side of my nail ON MY SKIN !! Then when going to pay I realized that there’s sooo many air bubbles in my dip powder nail , so you think it’s not that hard to mess up dip , it’s pretty easy I would assume…. When lady finished she said $5 off because she broke my real nail , and made my real nail crooked, not only that but being so aggressive… Supper upset and mad especially when holidays are near.. don’t have a problem paying $50/$60 but one thing is going somewhere where there not going to take the time to do your nails.. I understand holidays can be stressful , but we’re also paying you to do a good job.

Worst experience and service you would receive. I got a full acrylic set and paid over $75 for my nails to start peeling off a week later. When I asked for them to fix it they’re agreed and offered to give me a manicure, I was put under the impression that that was an accommodation, I sat there for 2 hours and at the end of my appointment they asked me to pay. When I tried to explain that the girl that works there told me it would be an accommodation they were very rude and kept asking me to pay.

If I could give No star that's what I would rate this place. Theee worst nail salon I've ever been to. I just moved to the area and thought I'd give it a shot. I went in for a French tip overlay and the woman clearly couldn't handle it, she cut my finger, so someone stepped in to help and just made everything worse! I left, slept on it and decided to call back the next morning. The person on the phone was extremely rude when I explained what happened and that I needed someone to fix my nails. I went in and I believe I got the owner and she was so unfriendly and unapologetic. She cut another one of my fingers. Re -did my nails sooo thick I don't understand what she was thinking. Maybe she did it on purpose because I went back? Idk I'm so disappointed. They look awful. It's embarrassing actually. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
