I’ve been a member of NG for a while now. Previously loved it, but after a nasty interaction with Maria, the Assistant Manager, NG has lost my respect and business. Maria was dismissive, rude, and condescending. I asked her to write down her name so I could follow up with NG corporate, and she refused, saying that she wouldn’t write it down. Not to mention, I had my toddler son along with me, so being in such a bind, she knew I was unable to write it down myself. It’s a shame that companies hire uncooperative, unkind people to run these businesses. I will be following up with corporate about her behavior.

We were so disappointed. It’s really dark in there and it’s really crowded because the aisles are being stocked the whole time that they are open. It’s almost impossible to get down the isles as all of them were full with stock. I was really disappointed with the choice of Produce and the quality of it. We have thrown a bit of it away just due to it being old or about to turn. We won’t be back. I think we’re going to go to Sprouts.
We hear Rio Rancho is getting one.
The employees here were awesome.

Please get Grass Fed raw milk! Abq just renewed their ordinance for a reason, it's good for you. I have to drive to The Fruit Basket to buy it.

Finally a healthy grocery store in Rio Rancho Organic foods & other items you can't find @ a regular market. Great staff and clean store & prices aren't high.

I was introduced to Margaret this afternoon to assist with post-surgery supplements. In short, she is fantastic. A wealth of knowledge, very comforting, unique, a real treasure to the company. I look forward to picking her brain next time around as I continue to live my best life possible. Thank you to the other female employee who suggested her. In the 8yrs I have lived here having moved over from the UK, via Australia, I have never met anyone in the US as intriguing as Margaret when it comes to health & well-being. Never let her go, Natural Grocers! Love her!

I love our Rio Rancho Nat'l Grocers. Friendly service, the organic foods, I go for the beautiful Romaine, fruits, Collagen & organic frozen vegetables.I could spend hours looking looking.
