We bought one home and sold another with Myers and Myers Real Estate and had a wonderful experience! John was great at helping us know how to prepare our home for the market, he educated us on the home purchase and sale processes, and he helped us find the perfect home for our needs despite a particularly challenging time in real estate. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout all the aspects of our transactions. We felt very confident working with John and look forward to collaborating with him again anytime!

We used John Myers to sell our home in Heritage East in Albuquerque. We put the home on the market the Thursday after Memorial Day. It was under contract nine days later and closed before the 4th of July. John was superb. He helped us appropriately price the house and was with us every step of the way including being at the closing. He has such a vast knowledge of each detail related to a real estate transaction that he was invaluable for our sale. He had contractor names for us to get repairs completed after the inspection. We highly recommend using John Myers and Myers and Myers. You will be very pleased. It is important to listen to his advice on pricing and not let your "heart" takeover. He will have your best interest in mind.

We’ve done a number of real estate transactions over the years. John Myers stands out by far as the most dedicated and conscientious realtor we've ever had. The sale of our home in Albuquerque was not so easy because we had to do it “long distance” (from New York), and because the house went on the market at the very beginning of perhaps the most severe home-selling drought in recent years. In addition, the house needed a fair amount of capital improvement to bring it up to market standard. In all this, Mr. Myers rose to the challenge. He made sure the needed work got done on a timely and economical basis, and he ultimately completed the sale at a fair price. In every respect, Mr. Myers’ work on our sale was over and above. Selling a house from far away involves many anxieties, but having Mr. Myers on the scene, with his knowledge of how to get things done, his selling wisdom and his reassuring manner, made it all go smoothly as could be.
When we were looking for someone to list our home with, we chose Myers & Myers based on the favorable reviews we saw here. They were right on the mark.

We started researching the sale of our home via an investor versus the traditional manner in which most people buy homes. We researched this process for over 2.5 years and then started making appointments with many home investors. Some announced via their advertising methods, "We buy your home as is and pay top dollar"! Some announced "No hassle, no fees, no wait" Some came in with offers that we knew were very high and when we actually started a serious conversation with one particular investor, I consulted with a R.E. attorney to confirm my worries that this did not seem right, he advised to run for the hills and do not sign anything. Then we met John Meyers. He came to our home, was very professional, took the time to explain to us the process and the legality of how a transaction would work. He also offered to provide proof of funds to purchase our home for cash, something no other investor wanted to do upon our request. We took a bit longer to make a final decision because we had 3 more appointments with other investors and wanted to be sure we were doing our due diligence for our sale. We called John, asked him if he was still interested to please meet with us again. We felt so comfortable and confident with him and knew we were in great care with him. We are now in AR, love our new home, but miss our home we sold to Mr. Meyers. We knew he was the best fit for us and for our home in NM. I highly recommend working with him, we did not truly receive an offer that knocked it our of the park, but we knew our best option was John because of his professionalism, his honesty and integrity. He worked with us so we could rent the house back to him for a few months because we did not want to move cross country during winter months. He is a person of integrity and we would work with him again should the need arise. Mr. Meyers is the best in the industry! We adore him.

I would highly recommend John @ Myers & Myers to anyone looking to buy or sell. He is truly an expert in his craft. He was very helpful through a rather complicated purchase process and could not have done without his guidance and expertise! I also rented a home from John and was a great landlord, he always took care of any issues right away and kept the home in great shape!

John Myers is a fabulous realtor. We had a short window to come to Albuquerque, look at housing and learn about the real estate market and the city, and see what was possible. He did all this with kindness and flexibility. He educated us about the city, the housing stock, the market features, and what was possible in our price range. We left the city without selecting a house, but he did multiple video tours of homes with us after we left, and ultimately we found a house that would meet our needs.I would recommend John as your realtor without reservation. He is kind, patient, a quick wit, and able to read people well. He remembers you comments about preferences (home styles, interior and exterior features) and factors that into the homes he recommends. He made the whole process work smoothly for us, even though we were in another state and doing most of the searching and viewing virtually. You will not be displeased with Meyers and Meyers Real Estate for your next home purchase or sale.

Myers & Myers handled the sale of my mother's home once she became ill and was not able to stay in her home of 40 years. John was professional and very personable making the journey to closing a joy. John Myers has been an invaluable asset in our search and acquisition of investment properties. We just purchased another MF in Nob Hill with John as our realtor. This one required some delicate price negotiations. John was proactive and got us an excellent deal. He's aggressive for his client but also a careful people-person, a great combination in a realtor!I appreciate that John responds quickly to communications, jumps on any new inquiries, sets up viewings, and is punctual.
