I went into this store with a great additude asked the old man behind the counter how many inches a t.v. was and his reply was, " it's on the tag." So I looked at the tag and it said nothing about the size of the t.v. He wouldn't unglue himself from where he was standing and help me. I left his store thinking how unprofessional he was and will not return. To say the least I agree with Jason. I don't know why there even in business??

My partner and I had come to sell some things. They were still open but yet both men were extremely grumpy and hostile. Both refusing us service as we walked into sell. Both my partner and I are extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service. Highly don’t recommend anyone to come and will not be returning ourselves.

He guy that owns this place is great and works hard and is just a great American man who works hard and I have only one fairly significant gripe.... I come here for one reason..... a pawn loan! The loan amount started out just fine and very much fair in relation to the item being presented for collateral. Unfortunately with my wife being laid off bec COVID and having a hard time finding work out only income is my tiny SSI, we resort to a pawn loan basically monthly. The amount they loan went from $140 to $40 or $50 about 3 months ago and that is very unfair for the collateral I risk. That is the reason for the stat deduction.

Absolutely rude, and stuck up and did I say rude?! I'm not going to bother explaining myself. I typically root for small business. I left and cried in my car if that says how inexplicably unprofessional both the owner and his employee were. Don't waste your time here. Take the time to go up to Uptown Pawn where they take customer service seriously.

I responded to an ad he had on Facebook for a paint gun. I drove 35 miles one way after calling him and finding out if he still had the paint gun and he said he would put it under the counter for me to pick up when I got there. Well I got there ask for the paint gun. He kind of giggled and grinned and said I just sold it now. This guy is the owner. He's evidently incompetent. I would never go there again it is the crappy is pawn shop I've ever seen.

I tried getting two hand guns from this place and I got denied, I gave them a little over $500. I went back a couple of days after I was informed of the denial to get my money back and the 2nd to oldest gentlemen said they did not have my money, he was being very rude. They then told me it was not their fault I got denied. So then I insisted in getting my money back and the older man said that they gave my money to other people because they needed loans to go back @5:40pm. then they started laughing at my face. I did not kno why but I look the website and the shop closes a 5:30. i do not recommend this place at all. HOW IS A PAWN SHOP NO ABLE TO PAY BACK MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY.. It's not my fault that they decided to lend my money to other custumers with out being sure if I was approved or not. horrible place

Garbage ?️ pawn shop.. Rich can S a D.. rude and incompetent. I usually root for local businesses but I think they’llbe doing everyone a favor when they close their doors and end up in a retirement home neglected like they do to customers.
