She inherited our loan application after our initial contract on a house in NM fell through at the 11th hour, and that loan officer couldn't continue to support our home purchase in CO. She quickly grasped the urgency and specifics of our situation, avoided any duplication of effort from the original process, and kept things humming along. She was genial, courteous, empathetic and took time to double check anything she was unsure about.
