Bought a $175 battery with a warranty, stopped working after 9 months, brought in for a warranty replacement and I was told the battery needs to be charged and it is not defective. Battery was already charged and jumped prior to bringing it in. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I visited today with a battery that I didn't buy. It was in a vehicle that I had purchased. The battery was from Mor-Co. They tested it and found no major issues. I calmly explained how I regularly leave the vehicle inactive for days at a time and she just won't start without a charge or jump. They prorated it. and gave me a great deal on a new battery. I'm satisfied with my experience at Mor-co.

They quoted me 189. 00 for a mor-co battery. I have had 4 mor-co batteries in 2 different cars, In three years. Does not make sense to pay more for a crappier battery. Major cost difference! Save time and money and go somewhere else. I bought an interstate battery from costco for $119.

Yes they are ok,but this last time I bought a battery for my 2006 Chrysler 300 5.7 it only lasted almost a year, and now I have to find someone to take me to buy another one,it's really not worth it,if u add me everything together, very disappointed.

These guys are awesome! Saved me a TON of $ & fixed what I needed for less than $5 in less than 5 minutes. Trustworthy guys who helped me greatly, when they quite frankly could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. Thanks again

Bad overall experience here today. I've been buying from Morco for 20 years, but never again. The young thugs working the front counter don't understand return business. Good luck in the future we all deal with.

I've just about had enough of the rudeness of some of their sales staff. I have always spoke highly of Mor-co, used to have an account with them before my shop had to close. Always try to support local and good quality products, however these folk do not want to stand by their warranties! Anytime anything comes up with a warranty they will try their hardest not to stand behind it. You have to watch these guys carefully, always make sure the date is stamped on the battery, and always save your receipt. The owner is a great guy and they have great products, but the people they have representing them is a no go.... Sorry guys, lost a long loyal customer.

If zero stars were an option that is what they would get. I have been doing business with this company for 15 years and have had never had a problem. Bought batteries in August of 2022 and all of the batteries purchased are now all dead. Can't park any of the vehicles for more than a few days without the batteries going dead and not holding a charge.Unsure why their quality changed but after purchasing five batteries and having the same issue with ALL of them, I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe the new owners are purchasing bad products to try to make more money while we the consumers pay for bad quality.

I had a battery from them in my truck so I took it there. Put the new one in fast, came with a 3 year warranty which was nice. Battery does not hold charge over night....and they do nothing about it....... I get my battery light and battery saver mode EVERY morning.... Taken it to them after work a few times now and say it is charged. Have pictures from everyday showing them the proof but they don't care. I drive most of the day so the truck has charged it up once I can get there. They open to later then I go to work. Close before Im off. The warranty is if they feel like it, beware people.

My experience and this review is EXACTLY why shopping locally owned and operated is best for everyone. Owned and operated by the same family since 1954.After getting terrible service at Costco and a $225.00 quote from Auto zone, I headed to Mor-Co Battery Company on 1st. Street.I left the store after purchasing a new battery and my truck didn't start an hour later. So. I called back and asked them to test my original battery. It came back in good condition. Not only did they get me a battery for $110.00 plus 5 bucks to install, when I returned, they switched back my original battery, installed NEW cable ends, all for FREE !!!! Plus, offered to check on it again if any other problems occurred. This place is a MUST for battery replacement , especially used vehicles.

We needed a car battery replaced. We were in and out in no more than 10 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to come here.

Our family has had our batteries replaced and purchased for 20+ years at Mor-Co. Before us, my father bought all of his batteries from Mor-Co, making the trip from Socorro, NM. Our children also buy from Mor-Co. They are efficient, friendly and reliable. Their batteries come in varieties with a great guarantee. They stock all your battery needs from auto, motorcycle, household and industrial. One stop shop! Keeping a good deal in the family.
