3410 NM-528 Suite 108, Albuquerque“Paul is an angel. This was a perfect storm with moving across town AND my nephew's memorial. My phone crashed before I could read texts from my sisters and it was a horrible day with phones and passwords and contracts ... Paul saved my phone. What can one say to that? Thank you Paul and Jesse.
I met Pamela when I picked up my phone. What is up with this place that she is also an angel!?!
We're bringing our laptops there next.”
“Alexander the store manager was so helpful really knows his stuff definitely coming back here never going back to the corporate location on coors they are so rude. But here I get everything I need in a timely fashion”
8:30AM - 8:30PM
4111 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque“About Nancy: we changed our Internet with her in March after many issues with another carrier on streaming and even my printer. Nancy followed up with us since our address wasn’t available yet. We are thrilled now.”
“This location on coors bypass is a great location to go to for the help you actually need. After going to another location closer to me, I ended up here because the two women at the store by my house were rude and couldn’t help me. I showed up here, and even though the associate had to grab his manager, they spent the time to resolve my issue and made sure I walked out of there satisfied. I will most likely only go to this location in the future.”
10AM - 8PM
2200 Louisiana Blvd NE Suite 8C, Albuquerque“Kate and Derick were amazing. We had an issue with our family plan that needed to be split and a new plan created. We first went into a store (not this one) they told us to call. We called, they told us to go to a store. The cycle spiraled way out of control extremely quickly with no one helping or attempting to take ownership of the problem. I finally figured out that a CORPORATE store not an AUTHORIZED store had to help.
We went into Kate and Derick's store. The BOTH spent two hours working with us, customer service phone reps, and multiple options (we didn't know existed). In the end they solved our problem! These two do not make enough money to do what they did. Above and beyond. ATT customer service's phone tree is completely useless. These two were fantastic! Thank you both!”
“Wonderful service, professional, and kind. I do think they need more employees because quite a line grew while we were waiting, and they didn’t have the exact model phone in stock we wanted (Samsung Ultra in black.)”
“Need a real good salesperson with knowledge real depth knowledge ask for Katlyn she has the real answers and can explain it in real terms.
I love AT&T service for the mountains I live we have range all over.
Thanks for having her she was of great help. I feel better having switch just never by through anyone but store folks.
Run from sales representative in Targets or Walmart.”
“We had an excellent customer service experience at this location with Brittney Cicero! She was so patient and understanding of our complicated phone issue. She resolved our issue with a positive attitude and explained things along the way. She was kind, knowledgeable, and speedy! Thanks Brittney Cicero!”
“It was fabulous. Representatives were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and eager to help me, etc. I am very happy I went to that store. I originally only wanted to get help with my current phone but wound up purchasing a new phone. The trade-in discount was very generous and well worth the purchase. I will recommend that store to anyone and will not hesitate to return. Thank you for the awesome customer service which is rare and quite lacking in too many current employees no matter what kind of store employs them!”
“Been randomly doing business with them since they opened up. Have bought everything from new phones to accessories from them. They are always helpful and checking for discounts on large purchases.
Recently cracked the screen on my Sansung s10 and the average cost was 300 to fix the screen. End up here to see what upgrading my phone would cost. (Have a huge dislike for calling any 1800) They offered me a 400 by back on my phone and 400 for a new S24. Pretty much a no brainer there. They smart switched my phone and was on my way. Picked up a handful of accessories while I was there. All in all, very quick and painless effort going in to see them.”
“The managerJordon, was extremely helpful not only to my friend who was there to upgrade an extremely old phone, but also to several customers ( elderly) who came in while we were these.
Def reccomend..”
“It took me 3 different Verizons Stores before I was able to find someone who was willing to help me and answer my questions. Kate was very knowledgable and very informative and took the time to set up my phone. I appreciate all your help!”
9AM - 7PM
200 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque“I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.”
“I did visit here, but didn't get anything repaired. That's nice to know that there are available, and I would certainly give them a try if I had a broken phone or needed some phone accessories.”
10AM - 7PM
1415 Eubank Blvd NE, Albuquerque“Very helpful employees with great attitudes! Nice selection of phones. They even helped me to activate the phones that I purchased at Walmart for Cricket wireless.Cricket wireless is on the AT&t network. Living east of Albuquerque in the East Valley ... Cricket's coverage is better at my house than all the others that I have ever tried. I live in the sticks, so that is important to me to even have service at all. Where other phone companies don't even reach there, it is very nice to have decent service inside our home, and even inside our metal RV. The service I receive is 4G on purpose because I do not approve of 5G and its damaging effects. Yet still our service is fantastic!”
10AM - 7PM
9001 Central Ave NE Ste H, Albuquerque“Our rep was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our representative was fast and explained everything very clearly. And thanks for trying the zip code thing a million times! Lol great customer service. Thanks again!”
“the technician did well repairing my phone and gave me a nice firm price for a screen repair and phone case i would recommend this store to get your devices repaired”
“I was having an issue returning a phone since my father passed away when I went To This store due to confusion from Verizon. I met up with the associate named Antonio. He was very helpful attentive and listened. He didn’t want to give me any bad info so he called customer service and customer service told him that they would send out a box the next day due to the fact of I did not purchase this phone at this location. It was purchased over the phone so therefore I cannot return the phone to this location, but I will recommend, anyone who is looking at Verizon or needs help from a Verizon store to visit this location because of my experience with Mr. Antonio I have to say Great job, Antonio and thank you for what you did”
10AM - 7PM
1601 Broadway Blvd SE, Albuquerque“I got unlimited data on one and 2gs of high speed data on the other phone is added for 1 dollar so now I pay 51 bucks a month for two phones. Price never goes up either”
9AM - 7PM
1626 Rio Bravo Blvd SW, Albuquerque“I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable employee, Jazmine. She helped me with the many questions I had plus offered me information that I had not even thought to ask!! I had been to a different location prior to this visit and was not informed of any of the great offers Jazmine helped me with! Highly recommend this location for everyone! Ask for the knowledgeable and friendly Jazmine!”

4201 Central Ave NW Ste B9, Albuquerque“Updated -We are back to five stars! I went into the office today and the young man behind the counter said, "hi, Silver!" WOW. I am not a particularly memorable person, I don't think, so I am always impressed if a merchant or salesperson remembers my name. This guy is also very friendly and kind, with plenty of smarts! He answered all my questions and helped me with a couple things with my phone. Evidently, he takes his lunch late in the afternoon to accommodate the busiest traffic hours at that location, and that is why the office was closed when I went last week. I still very much recommend these folks for good service and great staff.PREVIOUS COMMENTS........I had originally given this Cricket location a 5 star review because the guys were SO nice to me and got me fixed up with a Cricket phone and service quickly when I went in there - but right away the phone started acting up. It was behaving as if someone else was in control of it, moving from one page to another, changing settings, and refusing to let me take over. I tried to go to the home screen and it ignored me. It did this while I was on the phone with a friend and when it was sitting by itself on the shelf! It was weird and scary - so I decided to go BACK there and have them take a look at it.But when I went there today, at a little before 3 in the afternoon, it WAS CLOSED with a handwritten sign that said they were OUT TO LUNCH, BACK IN AN HOUR.I waited in the BLAZING HOT PARKING LOT for about 40 minutes. Other people showed up and got IN FRONT OF ME, sitting against the window of the store, which I can't do because I am disabled - so when I realized I was going to be behind at least 4 people, I went home. I'd been there about 40 minutes and I am wondering what in the heck time it was when those guys went to lunch - and who takes a 2:45 or 3:00 lunch anyway? It was weird and very inconvenient.Being a disabled person in this culture is extremely difficult because no one EVER seems to take into account how difficult it is to get access to services of any kind - and a lot of people rush to get ahead of us in line. When I was very young - before I became disabled, the guys used to rush to the door to open it for me - but now they rush to the door so they can get ahead of me. Not a gentleman in sight! And none of these stores provide seating for the disabled for whom standing causes substantial pain and the risk of having our legs go out from under us and sending us toppling to the floor.Unfortunately, there aren't many Cricket locations in town and this is the only one near my house, so if I can't get someone from the Cricket service phone number to help me with the phone issues, I will have to go back to this store.I am disappointed that I have had to reduce the number of stars for this business location.”
“The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet you as soon as you walk in no matter how busy they are. You get in get your business done and get on your way. I like that. I wish all my transactions went as smooth as the ones at that cricket location. Keep up the good work and to the manager give them a raise. Good employees are hard to find and keep. I'm just saying.”
9:30AM - 7:30PM
7010 Central Ave SE Ste. B, Albuquerque“The Chic at the Boost Mobile, (next door to KFC, Louisiana & Central), really knows her stuff when it comes to using a cell phone! My hubby's phone was "clogged" so to speak, plus we both are just old ?, learning to use a cell phone is hard for us old farts (Tee Hee), but she got it going faster, cleaned it up great, and told him some basic things. ( Like don't download tik tok, it's got viruses, and people, some, ( not all mind you), beg for money). (And some, um... X-rated videos, web sites, carry bunches of viruses), So, back to Boost Mobile, the chick is fantastic with phones, and customer service, ie, great with customers.”

Best store ever, quick, knowledgeable I will go back again Angie is a cricket expert!”
10AM - 7PM
333 San Mateo Blvd SE Ste B, Albuquerque“My opinion: CRICKET is the cell provider for me. I've been with T Mobile (lots of problems: equipment & service) went elsewhere. I've been MetroPCS (hidden items such as refusing to allow GTL network to connect to Metro's stopped me from being able communicate with loved ones & from being able to do my job working with the homeless in Texas) this company caused my wife to cry - moved 3 phones to CRICKET.”
“I had just arrived in Albuquerque and my phone was stolen, instead of panicking; I accepted the loss and looked up the nearest ATT store in town. The UNM ATT store was near the airport and less than five miles away. I was in a serious time crunch and this would work out perfectly. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sugey Valeta and Tabitha Carlisle. I explained my situation them and they provided immediate assistance in replacing the lost phone. Sugey and Tabitha showed great professionalism and genuine interest in resolving my issue. I expressed my sincere gratitude and left a more than satisfied customer. This store is great and I highly recommend this store for your phone and/or accessory needs.”
