Mindful Movement & Wellness is a peaceful, beautiful, and inviting studio dedicated to empowering and supporting women. It offers a wide variety of classes, including yoga, cardio, kettle bells, kickboxing, Butti, aerial, and restorative yoga, with options ranging from early morning to evening to work with busy schedules. The small group training style provides personal attention and motivation. The studio is a safe, welcoming, and least judgmental space for both beginners and advanced participants. It is an all-women studio where members feel supported and never self-conscious. A key feature is that children are not only allowed but welcomed, which is especially helpful for busy moms. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and fosters a great sense of community, where members come together to share, laugh, and love. The instructors are super friendly, endlessly helpful with modifications, and very good at what they do. The owner has created a special place that feels like a beautiful community and family. Clients find it a place for a good workout, inner peace, and improved physical fitness and health, becoming a cherished part of their daily routine.
I’ve been to quite a few yoga classes around the world and US and this is by far the most inviting and least judgmental. If you want a safe space this is it. If you are a beginner or advanced- this is it. I always am glad when I’ve spent time at this studio. ❤️

I love this place. It’s decorated beautifully. There are a variety of classes with sauna options. I tried the Butti and Aerial yoga last week. I loved them both! It was challenging and fun. Meghan is the best.
