Wow. Talk about horrible customer service. The girl running the store on Friday was so busy trying to put her stock away she was not interested in selling me a phone. Instead of showing me what was available just kept telling me how I wouldn't be able to afford it out the door. Was rude short and rushing me out. Hope you guys aren't in the business of actually selling phones. I will definitely be visiting another store from now on.

These guys are a bunch of lying scumbags. They tricked my 80 year old grandmother that her phone was broken to get her to pay 200 for a new phone. Because she couldn't figure out how to turn on her phone. She went into the store for help and the guy here just scammed her when he realized she didn't know to hold down the power button to turn on the phone. Shame on these people for preying on the elderly!

I have had a 6 line account with MetroPCS for years now I'm going to switch because of the terrible scummy service here. They tricked my 80 year old grandmother that her phone was broken to get her to pay for a new phone. I mean how low can you be. She went into this store to get help with her phone not turning on, guess what she didn't know you have to hold the power button down to turn on a phone, but this guy in here thought to himself he got an easy sale. They must make a lot of money exploting the elderly.

Myself and my two sons went into this location to have a new phone switch over. The representative was very helpful at first. For the service of switching over a new phone was $27, which was no problem at all. She (ALYA) insisted we get a tablet and she would “wave” the fee of the activation and be basically paying for the tablet and paying it monthly. Which that does no saving at all. Even after I told her we did not need a tablet we just purchased one a few weeks ago. She still went to the back to grab one. ALYA couldn’t do it. Said it was at “random” and was unable to wave the fee. I went to my vehicle to grab money to pay for the bill (mind you, we are from Belen and been out all day doing school stuff) She then stayed she had no change to give me for my $100. Which she did not. And I requested she remove the change of the SIM card and I can do it another day. I got very upset when she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do it and if I didn’t pay it by tonight my service would be shut off. As it was NO big deal to her because it wasn’t her phone or her situation. Basically told me to go find another store with change and they can do it for me. She proceeded to call her “DISTRICT MANAGER” who was COMPLETELY not interested in fixing the situation. She kept talking over him so he kept agreeing with her. I’m very upset that they could not help me and they are the ones why I couldn’t get it paid because they had no change. And ALYA being completely inconsiderate of my time, my childrens time and has no business thinking it’s so easy for me and my sons to just go around finding a Metro that has change. Biggest reason why I was UNABLE, i have a 2 year old son who is TUBE FED and required a feeding and medication about 45min after we were at the store. Reason why we could not visit a store right after. But did her supervisor care to know the reason behind it? No. He refused service. Definitely one of the most disrespectful staff I have ever come across. They were so quick to just be OK shutting off my service because they didn’t have change.

Horrible service. My phone froze and lost work codes on it. Call on hold forever just to verify but they can't verify because incorrect zip code. I'm would recommend to never go with Metro it is bullcrap

Worst experience ever. The sales person did not know anything. He was there by himself w no management. Ask a question regarding a prepaid gift card that I was supposed to get for getting a tablet 4 months ago. He told me he doesn't know what to tell me that he doesn't have access to anything. I asked to speak to a manager and he said the manager doesn't know either. I asked him to call a manager and he finally got a number for us to call. It was like pulling teeth to get any sort of help at all
