Worst experience ever. There associate didn't know what she was doing offered us a phone that was on a promotion then to be told it wasn't though the sign clearly said it was. Then took other customers as she was supposed to be dealing with us. I'd say go to another metro PC's if you want professional service.

Take the one star away. Horrible store, don't waste your time at this location. Bought a screen protector and it was the wrong one, even though the box said it was the correct one.

I have been a customer for years with Metro and I went in to add three more lines. I was waiting for a friend and went inside the store to ask some questions. I got the answers and told the woman that I was waiting for a friend so I sat down. Another woman came over and asked me if I was paying for something. I said yes that I am an existing customer and I was waiting for a friend because I was going to add 3 lines on. She said are you doing it today. I was getting annoyed but said calmly that yes that was why I was waiting. Then I looked up the bus schedule to see what time my friend would be there and I told the lady that my friend should get off the bus in fifteen minutes and she said that she couldnt have people waiting in the store. At that point I was extremely upset but never once cussed or raised my voice and I have witnesses to prove it. But I said so Im a paying customer and Im buying 3 new phones and linesvof service today and your saying that I cant wait in your store. Now Im thinking ok whats wrong with me. So Im going to just say that yes I had taken a shower the same day within an hour of arriving at the store and I was dressed in clean jeans with no holes or stains. I was wearing an almost brand new Nike sweatshirt and my purse is a 9 West brand. So there was absolutely no reason to have been treated in such a manner. I told her to ask the girl I had spoke with originally and she did and the girl said I had said tomorrow. I said no the text from metro I recieved about being able to add a line and get 150$ off a phone said it expired tomorrow but Im doing it today. But either way I had just told the manager that I was paying for the new lines today so she was basically calling me a liar. I told the manager I wanted her managers number and that if it werent such a hassle for my friend coming then I would just go to another Metro. She said well go ahead and go because we arent going to do it. And she gave me the 611 number as her managers number. I have never in my entire life been treated so demeaning. I would rate it as a negative number if I could. And by the way. The text I got from Metro I was referring to they would not honor even though it said it expires 3/31. She said the new promotion started the 26th. It was a totally messed up interaction with this store. The woman who was the manager and told me I had to leave name was Joselyn. Im guessing on the spelling because she wasnt wearing a name tag.

Probably the worst MetroPCS location and all of Albuquerque New Mexico due to all of the employees having poor attitudes Jocelyn was the employee I deleted with I was trying to buy a phone had my fiance drive 60 miles to go pick it up for me and when I was speaking with them beforehand they new we are just going to pay for the phone and activate it later and they said that was fine after she had drove the 60 miles got all the way down to there she I'm at with very poor attitudes and with the answer of oh sorry we can't help you and we won't hold the phone for you it's first come first serve so I have called down there to see what the issue was and they told me they had no obligation to hold any kind of phone for anybody
